I should have looked at these reviews to start. Shame on me for not researching. Same story as everyone else. Placed an order for the holiday's. Paid extra for 2-4 days shipping. Over 1 week has passed with no product yet. I emailed support, no response. Any time a company doesn't have a phone number that is answered when you call, usually a bad sign. Only one reason to avoid giving out a phone number. Do not use this company, I repeat.. do not use.

Stay away. Ordered middle April and apparently is still in Canada! Emails go unanswered. Messages to social media accounts also ignored but someone's posting and also deleting bad reviews in the comments sections! Absolutely shocking, paid for the personalised pro version and fast delivery and its obviously a total waste !! It looks so good and advertised well but then I suppose that's why they get people to part with their cash !! Gutted is an understatement.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. This company promotes on Instagram but then has everything on backorder, they don’t email you and claim you go to a spam folder. I ordered this product on 3/18 and still haven’t received it. I don’t care about the supply chain excuse or because of tariffs. If you’ve promised your customers something and you can’t deliver. I’ve requested a refund multiple times and to speak with a human but those requests go unanswered. They tell you to email them but never respond. There are 1000 better options for golf tracking than this company. I’m sad that Nelly is in the ad because she has a better reputation than this company that doesn’t care about customers or experiences.
