Excellent customer support

I recently had to contact Joybuggy support due to a payment issue relating to my bank (not Joybuggy's fault) . I started with the chatbot but as soon as it became clear that the issue was a bit complicated a real person contacted me and sorted out my issue straight away. First class support.

Steam key nowhere to be found

I just purchased the game Ghost of Tsushima - Director's Cut on the website and am unable to find the Steam key and redeem my product. The "my games" menu only displays the name and icon of the game with no way to redeem it. And I can't find any way to contact support directly from the website, hence my review here. I have no idea how I can be refunded either so for now, I seem to have wasted almost 50 euros for nothing.

I hope to hear from the team soon so that I can get my game and leave a good review. Thank you in advance.

EDIT: The team reached out to me quickly and refunded my purchase. I have been able to buy the game from them again without issue. Thank you for the great customer service :)

Awful experience

Bad experience. Website is awful; I bought a game that was listed as "IN STOCK." Immediately after purchasing, I was immediately told to "Contact Support" instead of receiving a key. Funny enough, the "key" that they gave me was "BACK_ORDER" -- obviously not a key. Very IN STOCK.

Trying to contact support was annoying -- the website claims to have "Support 24/7", but I submitted a refund request and their service bot told me "The team will be back 🕒 Tomorrow" (yes it had the stupid clock emoji). I understand that service people have hours they work but don't advertise it being 24/7 if it's not. A garbage AI bot does not count.

Lastly, the "MY GAMES" menu, where you go to get your keys, didn't even work. I tried two separate browsers (Edge and Chrome) and there was literally way to retrieve the keys. Tons of things on the website that *look* like clickable elements but aren't (including the "SUPPORT 24/7" button, which isn't actually a button despite being in a dropdown full of other clickable links).

Basically, I paid money for a game that I can't even play. I won't call them a "scam," because clearly other people have been able to get their games no problem, but this sure did feel like using a scam website.

I Pre-Ordered the Elden Ring Erdtree…

I Pre-Ordered the Elden Ring Erdtree Edition from JoyBuggy.com initially I did have to wait a couple of short days for my key due to Bandai Namco's end which I was informed about when enquiring about it.

A little bit of patience and a couple of days later I now have my key, redeemed no issue and I can jump into Elden Ring straight away and get to where i need to be ready for when the DLC drops, and the pricing was so much more affordable than other places while still supporting the game developers.

Will absolutely use this store again in the future!

Pleasant experience

Everything went well. -5% discount was a pleasant bonus which set the price lower than anywhere else. I got an instant access to the game key ("Show Code" button) after the payment was done. The whole thing took like 2 minutes. Also, the shop UI is calming and the basic dark theme enhances the experience.

Got my key fast but...

Got my key fast, but they charge a fee for using PayPal. I haven't seen any other sites do this, so while their prices may be a couple dollars cheaper, that's made up for and more by the fees.
