Good quality equipment, great service (above an beyond, always) and they are quick to fix any issues with no hassle.

We were promoting our funding program at an event with approx. 35 other exhibitors all arranged in a circle around about 120 8-top tables where a meal was served. All of the other vendors had the typical 36" pull-ups which were completely lost in the visual clutter of people, tables, stadium seating behind us in the venue, etc. This pop-up cost less than 2 of those pull-ups, but wow! You could see our table from all the way across the exhibit floor, and several people came across the venue just to talk to us. We were in a rodeo arena, and a storm blew through and everyone else's pull-ups were blowing over, etc. our giant pop-up handled the wind beautifully, no problems at all. Also, we had to schlep this thing quite a distance, and I was very pleased with how light weight it was to carry and very easy to set up all by myself. I have no prior experience at all for any kind of event planning, but our account exec David Wu was a wealth of knowledge and advice, helped us rush through our very late order, and really made us feel taken care of.

We needed to turn a booth around quickly and this team stepped up and got it done start to delivery in under two weeks time. Products were great and team responses were efficient and effective. Highly recommend.

These guys went out of their way to knock out two Lumiere 10x7.5’ signs and overnight them to our event. They showed up a day early and looked amazing! They were the talk of our show! Great signs and a great company to work with.

I am exhibiting for my first trade show and was excited to print out a banner! It took me quite a while to create a beautiful graphic for the banner up to my preferences. Once I did, I submitted the graphic to Joy Displays and to Vistaprint for my other trade show materials. When I received the banner from Joy Displays, the colors were COMPLETELY different. Mountains in my photo that were light and light blue were now a dark royal blue. It did not look like the proof. I reached out to the company and asked what could be done. The "best" they could do was charge me about ~$650 and reprint a DIFFERENT graphic (mind you, I printed this graphic on all my other trade show materials and the colors came out perfectly from vistaprint). The back-and-forth conversation took several weeks and the resolution was very poor. They obviously do not care about customer service whatsoever. If I could give less than one star, I would.

This is the most amazing company in the universe. I will never buy another piece of marketing material from anyone else. Products are incredible and well priced by a large margin. Also...... Im located in PA and they are in CA. (3000 miles away) and everything I order (free shipping) is at my doorstep the next morning. Incredible. Very friendly and incredible staff. THANK YOU!!!

Liars, fraudsters and can’t be trusted, stay away. Display was shipped with wrong graphics so I had to order a new one somewhere else, and initiate chargeback. Joy displays called me and asked to remove negative review in exchange for a full refund. I refused because that is what reviews are for and since I already field a chargeback. To my surprise credit card reversed the credit after merchant response, I wonder what was they side of the story. Safe yourself time and money and order somewhere else.

The worst experience I've ever had at the convention, due to Joy Displays sending the wrong print for my booth. Imagine that you basically have no booth due to a vendor mistake. Unprofessional company and very stressful experience, find a different company and stay away from Joy Displays.

The items arrived on time but unfortunately, the end caps for our 10x10 backwall display were missing. We didn't know this until we assembled this for a conference it so it was too late to ask them to ship them. I called later and asked them to send them so I could use them for future conferences. They asked me to send photo proof that they were not received. That is like me ordering a pair of gloves in the mail, not receiving them, and the company asking me to take photos without the gloves on as proof. Completely illogical.

Joy Displays is incredible. They're affordable, the customer service is great, and our display just came and it's incredibly high quality. We were able to set it up in <30 seconds (no joke). I couldn't be happier that we came across Joy Displays. They're going to be HUGE, and I'm so grateful for their help.

We needed a custom table throw for an upcoming trade show and Sophia couldn't have been more helpful. She was informative, very responsive, and she made our project very easy to complete. We had our throw just a few days after approving the artwork and it looks great.
