Excellent customer service
They withdrew my money without my authorization, despite me never having placed an order with them. However, I must commend their customer service - it's excellent, and they're easily reachable. Ironically, they asked me to leave a glowing review and rate them 4 or 5 stars. When I requested to cancel my subscription and obtain a refund, they had the audacity to ask me to send a screenshot of my review as a condition for canceling my subscription.
