Defective product
They refused to refund a product that totally didn't work.
Horrible company

I just ordered an 8TB portable SSD drive from JoyStore for only $30 shipped, turns out it is fake and a 64g flash drive instead.
Emailed and provided proof of everything they asked...I doubt that it will be refunded.

Horrible experience, purchased Micro CPAP Sleep Apnea Machine For Travel & Anti Snoring, I'm using CPAP machine for 22 years and was thinking of get this unit for travel. There is a problem, it's not pumping the air at full charge. Contacted vendor by email (only the option), and they start to as a million questions, like to make a picture or video of not coming air!!!! Ridiculous! No way to communicate with them.

Joy general store is not a store you want to shop at especially for your children, their products are not tested or proven to be safe. I was told by one of their representatives that I wanted to cancel my order, she said it can’t be done but when it arrives they will walk me through the steps to return the item, when I received it and got back in contact with them it was a different story. Now they do not do returns unless there is an issue with the item. Which there is an issue as the item has been declared unsafe to use! Don’t waste your time or your money on this store!

It is not BBB verified. I ordered three rapid lash serums and paid a little under $100. I received one OPENED and without box garbage Spike Styler Precision Spike Control serum - God only know what this is. I sent them an email immediately and have given them 48 hours to issue a complete refund; if I don't have it by then, I will be reporting them to PayPal, and the BBB.

Ordered a Ketone Blood Meter Kit and received only have the pieces. When I messaged them about this they asked for proof which I provided. They had the odacity to only offer a %10 refund. When I asked to refund and return the whole thing because if their incompetence they told me I'd have to pay to ship it back. This company will soon be hearing from my lawyers.

I ordered a Blood Ketone Meter and they sent me a Blood Glucose Meter. After exchanging at least 24 emails with them and sending over 30 pictures, they finally admitted that they had not sent me the right product. They could not offer me the product I ordered and refused to reimburse me the full amount. Stay away from them!! I made a dispute claim with Paypal and it went in my favor. I received a full refund from Paypal and they will have to pay Paypal now.

I received the product (heated gloves) after weeks of delay, it’s not as shown and doesn’t work and they won’t refund me, I’ve asked for return label and refund and have had a very long thread of emails exchange. I even videotaped what was wrong with the item, as they asked me. Thinking about filling a plaintiff’s claim just because it is a scam. Cheap China crap.

I purchased the toddler booster seat (for a vehicle). It has since been issued a public advisory by Health Canada warning against using it due to it being dangerous to children's safety - and asking customers to dispose of it immediately in a manner that it cannot be used again.

I contacted Joy and voiced my concerns only to be hit with statements such as "i'm sorry you feel that way," and "I apologize the item was not up to your standards." They took no accountability, and boasted about how many sales they have had on the item, and so they are not concerned... and neither should I be.

I asked for a refund on the item, as I have not used it and now I no longer intend to, and they want me to pay out of pocket to ship it back to them in like new condition because they do not feel as though the refund is warranted.

They have no concern for the safety and wellbeing of children and have stated that they do not intend to stop the sale of the item.

Ordered an inclined mattress for my newborn and it wasnt big enough for her (I wonder who they made it for? A fetus lol???). NO REFUND policy, only exchange or credits. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Many fake reviews here on Trustpilot and from their website.

Customer Care was excellent and resolved my order issue very promptly and efficiently. A refund was provided to me on the same day requested.

I'm from Barrie Ontario Canada and I am an Uber driver full time and I purchased these two toddler portable car seats for easy transport and not to have to have the bulky seats. As children are required to be in a car seat and we'll long story short here THESE SEATS ARE ILLEGAL TO USE HERE IN CANADA AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS BLUNTLY REFUSED AND THEN WAS GIVEN A CODE OF 10% OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE.. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. DONT BUY FROM.HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR SPECIALTY

Do not buy from here! The website chooses if they approve your review. I put one and it's pending review. They only publish 5 star ones which lie in them. Saying the product has things it does not. The product is nothing like advertised. They refuse to accept the return bc the product is not defective. Even though it is nothing like advertised.

Well I should have read reviews before ordering from this site. Lesson learned. I ordered a princess dress Oct 26 and still have not received it. My tracking app says it is in transit from China but after reading other reviews realize this is a scam.

FAKE SELLER ALERT! Please stay away from this seller, they will take your money via a weird paypal account called BALMA and never ship the product. There is no contact number of the seller, just an email you will get saying we are working on your order but it never ships. Contact Paypal for your refunds. Thanks!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!! It is a complete waste of money and time. I placed an order on February 13th... tracking doesn't work and it is now APRIL 22 and still haven't recieved my package!!
Tried Joy Store customer service 3 times with NO response, and even contacted Canada Post for tracking and still NOTHING. Absolutely NO effort was made on their part to track or refund my purchase or even reply to my emails.
I should have checked their reviews before; they have an almost 50% dissatisfaction rate on behalf of their customers for reasons very similar to mine. Don't become another victim of this fraudulent company!

Ordered a toy in early January. Nothing received in Canada as of today. Tracking looks to say it was returned to Joy General Store. No response from the company.
