great communication and the products are very nice. my little one is still having eczema issues but the scratch sleeves are helping a lot more than bare hands.

I bought one size up 3-4 eventhough my child was 2.5 years old at the time of purchasing. It was a little long for her but she was able to wear it comfortably. It is actually an advantage having it longer so my child does not outgrow too fast. Stretchy and smooth material as described.

The first time I ordered from Joylababy I paid for what was termed “expedited shipping” which I only assumed would be faster shipping (as that’s what I’m used to seeing) but instead it’s for anything under their $99 min for free shipping. After a few back and forth emails with them figuring this out, they graciously gave me a $10 credit which I was thankful for. I used that credit for a second order, now knowing that I wanted to use it for my shipping costs because I didn’t need $99 worth of stuff. I ordered it Dec 29th and it didn’t ship until Jan 10th, with no proper tracking info until Jan 25th. It’s now Jan 27th and I still do not have my order. An actual expedited option would be fantastic to have - especially for parents of children suffering with eczema.

The sleeve we purchased has been SO GREAT! Our daughters hair pulling has significantly decreased and hair is now growing back. The only reason one star was deducted was because I found the measurements to be off in the sizing (sleeve runs large) and it’s a little loose, but it’s working. I’d highly recommend!

I recently ordered Pyjamas with scratch sleeves for my granddaughter who was desperately in need of something to stop her from picking her forehead wound. The Pyjamas with the scratch sleeves have done an amazing job and have worked perfectly. The reason that I gave a low rating was due to the service and delivery. I ordered all the products that were in stock in Canada. Once ordered I discovered that the products were being shipped from the UK. I will emphasis that I ordered ONLY the items that were in STOCK. Obviously the website was incorrect. Due to the shipping location the shipment took much longer than anticipated. In addition, when the products arrived, I then had to pay import fees and duties (Approx. an additional 25%) to pick up the products. In addition, the delivery was short supplied and we had to contact Joyla for the missing items. Once again, we had to wait a significant time to receive the balance of the order (Again, these were identified as IN STOCK when ordered). I would give a lower review but we are so satisfied that the products did exactly what we were hoping for and we were desperate. The products were great but the service was no up to the same standards. I am truly sorry for having to write a review like this as we are also so grateful for the products.

Made all the difference in managing my 4 year old’s eczema. Gave the skin an opportunity to finally heal and benefit from topical treatments.

Love the scratchsleeves! My daughter had taken up pulling her hair out at nap time/bed time and these have worked wonders.
So thankful I stumbled upon these products!

The product was exactly as described and the website is easy to use. I emailed the company to ask a question and they got back to me quickly :)

The ScratchSleeve we got has significantly reduced any chance of my daughter causing wounds by 100%. It is the best purchase we have made and will certainly be getting more.

So happy to have a source for scratch sleeves in Canada, they're a lifesaver! Delivery was quick and the whole process was easy. Be sure to check the size chart!!! I find that UK children's sizes tend to be far larger than Canadian. My two year old probably could have fit into the 12-18 month size easily.

Really like the shirt and the mitts on them. My toddler wanted to wear the new pyjamas and it’s so much better than sticking socks on her hands.

The pants fit quite wide on my slim toddler, I am going to try and take them in because they want to fall off but the length is right.

The waistband also seems a little flimsy because the elastic is very narrow.

The fabric is soft.

I ordered May 4,2021 and today is May 25th still didn't get my order.My son has eczema he need these clothes asap.i am waiting from ages.
Don't like it

It was a little big so when she’s sleeping her arms would get stuck at night as she would turn. She would feel uncomfortable all night so I stopped using it when she would b sleeping. Not ideal during the day since she can’t really use her hands to play and explore...

This is the second Joylababy product that I have purchased, and just like the first, I really enjoy it. This allows for less layers, where as the sleeves I put on top of my sons shirt, so it added extra heat which he didn't need. The silk mittens are very soft and they keep him from scratching to the point of blood. So much so, that he often wears it during the day as well and not just for bed. My only negative is that after one wear it does stretch significantly. I have to put it in the dryer each time to shrink it again. But it is still worth purchasing.

I was able to find the products easily. Purchasing was a breeze and there was no hassle. Purchased all items as expected.

These have been absolutely amazing for our little girl. These are our second time ordering after trying them out. She was pulling out her hair quietly in the middle of the night to soothe herself back to sleep. After using these for now a month she has not pulled at all and she absolutely loves them. So thankful to have found these.

Do not purchase from here. I have requested partial refund on some items due to sizing issues. And the item was sent back to them but never received the refund and no response also. Very shady business, buyer beware. Have to go through the hassle to charge back from credit card company.

Everything went very well from the ordering process to delivery. No problems, good communication about delivery expectations throughout..
