Due to a hard drive crash, I lost the ability to reload a Joyoshare HEIC Converter program from 2018 since the HEIC was now part of newer program that had video capabilities. I wrote Joyoshare support about my situation and they responded within a few hours with a link to the previous version which my old credentials successfully registered to restore the program on my new hard drive.

I've used Joyoshare Media Cutter 3.2.1 for a number of years. It works really well for my needs. I can trim a video either in one spot or several and it will put it back together with no problem. It's a quick and easy program to delete the ads or sections you don't want. Well done.

The vidikit of joyoshare is very user friendly. It has a friendly interface. Easy to access menus. It has also great bundle of tools that can use in video editing. Using the enhancement tools makes the video amazing.

If I could give -5 I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I wish I 'd checked here before purchasing. I was having trouble , it won't record any audio, and I proved it. Requested a refund within the time frame - their solution? They stopped replying rather than resolve it.

It's great! I save my streaming videos to mkv to save space. I use Joyoshare to convert parts I want to make short content out of. This leaves me space on my external hard drive to store all of my content!

i am a lifetime subscriber and just my first year of using joyoshare as a screen recorder software, i can confidently say that this software is the best you can find! i hardly have any problems with the software. i did however had a problem recently with buying another subscription for another computer cause their payment system glitched, however the support team helped me ASAP and given my full refund! my lifetime subscription was worth every penny!

Customer service at joyoshare was unwilling to refund and was rude the first minute after I purchased their software. Admitted they couldn’t provide the services they offered and refused a refund after agreeing I was within the timeline of the offer. They deserve several bad reviews.

Tried the software and when it would do its magic i had to buy it. Which i did but the software did NOT do his magic. Claimed my money back but they didn't give it.
Please do not buy from this company they are fraud, take you're money but it doesn't work. The Youtube videos are also fraud as are the other reviews. They are thiefs who take your money!
