Spoke to Max on the online chat as I didn’t realise I had signed up to a subscription.
He promised to cancel my subscription & refund any monies taken from my account.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I urge anyone that has been scammed by this website to report them via the Europol Cybercrime website. (it only takes about 5/10 minutes to complete).

Just google "Europol report cybercrime" and it is the first link. Trust pilot does not allow me to put the link in this review.

Then select your region and you will be directed to your countries fraud organization. For the UK it is the Action Fraud Team, different countries have their own cybercrime organization. Register with them and then submit the details about how you have been targeted and scammed.

I bought an unclaimed airport suitcase off Facebook for £2 (in no way related to gaming). I was then automatically signed up to this gaming website (along with another thegamingjoy.com) and charged a 27 euro monthly recurring charge. Lucky my bank has been so helpful and blocked any future payment and are currently attempting to retrieve the money i have lost.
