Joyville hadapsar shapoorji pallonji project is very good. One thing l should say that colour of the building is not good, it is not bright. It is not like picture as shown. Second thing that colour will not stay for long time. So the project manager should care about this. As til now it is not handover, there must be Second coat of colour. So that after possession customers will give good feedback. There should not be any complaint from customers regarding construction quality after possession, as after possession customer reviews have more impact. If people write good feedback after possession then public invest in shapoorji another project otherwise public will not invest. Today customers reviews are very important. So company should take care of construction quality than advertisements.
