They called and offered the part and price and emailed with an invoice. They charged my card. 2 weeks later, no part, the phone number doesn't work, and tracking is false. Disputing with my card company.

Stay away.

My package: is not was correct

While others had unsatisfactory experiences, mine was quite the opposite. The left taillight lens I ordered on Tueday was delivered on Saturday. A perfect fit, and very reasonable price. I am 100% satisfied with the transaction.

Terrible customer service, they don't even provide a phone number sent me a damaged part a pretty much told too bad.

THEY SEND ME WRONG PART (HEADLIGHT TO MY TOYOTA TUNDRA), I RETURNED TO THEM, BUT THEY GIVE ME BACK LESS MONEY, THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR THE MISTAKE OF SENDING THE WRONG PRODUCT.

Ordered my part without checking reviews, then when I checked the reviews I was worried bc there was so many bad reviews. However, my package delivered in a very timely fashion. I though "alright! I got a package, probably won't be the correct thing though."
I opened my package and it was absolutely the correct part.

I purchased a left headlamp for my 2010 Ford Sport Trac Adrenalin and I didn't want LED. They sold me a Halogen assembly that looked so great that I ordered a right headlamp. The service was great and the price was good.

I ordered a taillight assembly for a 2008 Nissan Versa. It arrived in 4 days to my front door and the part fit perfectly! As for me, I have no issues with this company. Thank you JP.

After I paid for my order I thought the receipt listed a different part. But the order that arrived was the right part, and was in perfect condition.
Just know, it is impossible to cancel even immediately after ordering. You have to return it if its wrong. So, be extra careful.

Sent light covers without electrical harness as advertised in description. Emailed request for replacement, response was they cannot fulfill my request and suggested I contact a professional mechanic. First time buyer and last time buyer. Suggest finding another reputable supplier.

Ordered on 24, and carrier didn't get it until 29, expecting shipment to be a week late, having to push back schedule is extremely frustrating.

I got the part I needed at a very reasonable price. Shipped and received very quickly. Happy customer!

Sent the wrong product then insisted they sent the right product even after me sending pictures of the wrong item that shipped. All this is drawn out over weeks of emailing back and forth since they have no phone number.

Wrong part. Won't answer my request for refund. Only way to contact seems to be email they don't respond. Did anyone else get a refund???

The sent me a broken tail light assembly.....(I already had 1 of those )...and won't return it so yeah don't order from them

I ordered a tail light for my truck & it didnt fit! I went online to return it & it tells me i have no returnable items? so now im out money for this tail light & they wont take it back? do not use this company for anything!!!

Thank you for your prompt service. I received the rear view mirror. It was a great product and was in very good condition. I took it to my body shop and they painted it to match my car color and installed it and it looks great and the remote adjustments works great. Thank you very much. It has been a great pleasure to deal with JP Auto for great auto parts.
