Customer service over and above
Not only does the company sell beautiful decks of cards, their customer service is superb if there's an issue.
The deck I bought for my son had four cards missing (despite being wrapped in cellophane). Paul sorted it out straight away... no quibbles, no sending it back. The missing cards (from an identical deck) were with me shortly after I let him know.
They had no way of knowing cards would be missing in a wrapped deck, but they sorted it brilliantly. Really recommend these guys for excellent customer service and lovely products.

This was my first time ordering from JP Games, ordering 4 decks in total. It was promptly dispatched followed by a tracking number.
They then arrived extremely well packaged, with great care to make sure that the decks arrived safely - I can't emphasis enough how well packaged they were!! They also arrived with a free plastic brick sleeve for protecting the decks.
Overall I'm very impressed, I will be buying all of my playing cards from here in the future. Thank you for a great customer experience.
