I stayed in the Airbnb in Wimbledon the host were amazing really kind and helpful the property was really nice and would definitely recommend staying

I used their services to source a rent-to-rent property, and not only did they find a property that met—and even exceeded—my requirements, but they also supported me every step of the way. Their guidance, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly recommend their services; they are wonderful people to work with.

I’ve been working with JP Property Hunt Ltd for the past two years, and they’ve been absolutely amazing. John and Paige are incredibly helpful and professional. This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. After THEY cancelled OUR booking, they refused to refund our money. The refused to respond to our emails or phone call. Instead all we got were two one line text messages saying that the refund was being process. We had to pursue the refund through Booking.com and after 6 weeks managed to get our money back, but JP Property STILL HAVE OUR MONEY. Be very wary of using this company or at least expect to lose your money.

We are VERY CONCERNED about the fact that nearly 4 weeks ago JP Property Hunt cancelled our booking for a property in Elephant and Castle claiming there had been a fire in the apartment and we are still waiting for our refund. We have had several attempts to contact John Adeyemi and Paige Clarke and all we have had in response are a couple of one-line text messages to say the refund is being processed. However, after nearly a month we are still waiting for our refund and no proof that the payment is being processed. It has now been over the 14 days they said it would take and still no money or confirmation of it being processed. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Took full payment, cancelled booking straight away now been three weeks no call back no email reply. Nothing. I have had to enforce with booking.com to get my money back. Appalling company AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Scam! Avoid at all cost!

We're a family of four having stayed 4 days in their Shephers bush apt. The place was dirty and in terrible shape with a lot of things being broken and worn out such as doorknobs etc. Since the price was real cheap we decided to not complain about it although we did ask for new linen which was provided after a while.

After having left the apartment we get an mail thanking us for leaving it in such a tidy state. We're a responsible family of two adults and two schoolchildren used to respectable rent-behaviours as expected by Air BnB and Booking.com (we booked through booking this time around).

A month after the stay we get charged with an extra 600 pounds for damage left in the apartment. We disputed this of course as it's an apparent attempt to a scam. Upon contact the renter avoided phonecalls but eventually picked up and only kept talking about the rental agreement. No proof whatsoever.

Scammers! Avoid avoid avoid!

I meet these guys at Samuel leeds property course. We started talking, we stayed in contact and they offered me a deal in Herne bay. I was a little cautious as we had both just learnt together but i took it to my mentor to have a look at the deal. i took on the deal and it has been very good ever since.
