SERVICE COULD BE IMPROVED
I would like to have had same or next day dispatch on my items. I would have liked an estimated delivery time emailed to me upon purchase confirmation so I didnt have to manually check and be made to feel impatient.
I feel a bit left in the dark on things. I double checked on a reply that said my parcel would be sent out this 'morning', it still hasn't left the building.
They do have online chat, prices are okay, site is easy to navigate. Not a total no go.

My item came very quickly but only problem was I never signed for it they just posted it and forged my signature which I'm not happy about and i will be making a complaint to royal mail about that ..but other than that everything was good.

Worse jewellers I have ever dealt with
Worse jewellers I have ever dealt with, ignored my email about a chain I was interested in, then couldn’t get the 5% discount for signing up, managed to chat to someone who was no help and then just ignored my messages all together without helping at all.
Such poor service especially when the chain was expensive.

Neither much but a warning on location despatch andapolish would have made you an even better company.

Crack in chain sold by company.
I bought a chain from this company in March, And its Oct I know but its never been worn and I have been told its got a crack in it. I have to say shocking service I should not have to check the chain when you spend 460 pounds. The manager just told me you should check for cracks wow. You alright taking people's money daylight robbery. I am know going to have to fix a problem that should have been done by your company. Be careful people .

We are more than happy to assist any of our customers as we appreciate their continued support but on this occasion the damage would be more likely down to wear and tear or not looking after it correctly. All our Jewellery is quality checked before it is sold hence the reason we have all other good reviews other than yours.
