No response regarding an order from affiliated business Signature Werks
Title: Warning: Signature Werks Accepted My Payment, Former Owner Says Business Was Sold
On October 7, 2026, I purchased Goodridge stainless steel brake lines from signaturewerks.us, order SW1205, using PayPal financing.
After placing the order, I received no response to my emails or attempts to contact the business. The website subsequently became password-protected and inaccessible to customers.
On October 10, I contacted Jeremy, who previously operated Signature Werks. He responded in writing: “Hey, we sold SW couple years ago. It’s not our business anymore.”
This raises serious concerns about who currently operates the website and is accepting customer payments.
As of this review, I have received no shipping confirmation, no response from the current operator, and no explanation of the website’s status.
I am pursuing the matter through PayPal and appropriate reporting channels.
Buyer beware. I strongly recommend verifying who operates this website and whether orders are actually being fulfilled before making a purchase.
I will update this review if the merchandise arrives or the issue is resolved.
