Really helpful & accomodating staff.
I needed a translation asap on a day after holiday when almost nobody worked anywhere. This agency's number was the only one who responded and Alberto promised to do their best to help me after I explained the urgency of my situation. In a matter of a half an hour they responded back with update and were helpful and quick with any corrections to the order. Very thankful for all the help and positive experience.

My employees, who are native speakers, reviewed the documents and said they were not properly written and had poor quality.

Before JR comments about native speakers, I want to clarify that my employees are certified bilingual and hold degrees from Mexico and the US. I chose to use JR to avoid adding another task to my employees, especially given that we are already short-staffed.

The English to Spanish translation for our company's 30 page employee handbook was translated in about a week, just as JR Language said it would be finished, and our Spanish speaking employees reviewed it and said it was perfect.

The JR Language is a Good company.
I like that:
• They are so fast.
• They are so in many differents States, that you can keep working with and have the same final work qualities.
BUT:
Be very careful with the person that will do (work) in your documents, I received my University yesterday whith Errors and the words that the translator have more than 1 opinions to use, for examples:
She said in the US we not have Faculty, we use School ok, nom problem but I prefer Faculty because I will use this translation outside of the US too. She keep School.
I said to put the special caracter (è) in Boumerdès because is an proper name, we don't translate the proper name, she send me like that: Boumerdes.
My specialty is: Mecanic des Unités Petrochimiques.
She send me: Petrochemical Units Engineering.
The name of the Contry has wrong and she accepted my corrections.
But I can't accept this type of errors, the name of the country?????
I was call and requested JR to change this person before job done, because I was understanding that job will be bad, and JR don't accept to change this person.
Now the POOR job is in my hand my money in JR account, what should be the next????
I like the way that the job is presented, but I pay for the right and accurate translation and presentation of the job is a complement and marketing.

So far I have been more than satisfied with the services I have received from JR language . They've answered my emails on very short period of time and went beyond my expectations. I've worked with Yuisa GONZALES a Sr. Project Manager who has been very professional and she worked on my documents on a record time. A real" speedy Gonzales" . when JR provides a deadline you can be assure that you will get your translation on that specific time
if all services in the world could be like JR language I am sure we would be in Heaven.
