I would truly recommend Jrny Training… aswell as highly recommending the tutor who was teaching up
I would truly recommend Jrny Training as i have just been doing my level 1 ITQ course. The Tutor was very good at explaining and was very patient with the other students who were falling behind. The class was in the centre of bedford with easy access to bus stops, Train station etc.
I will hopefully be doing another course very soon
I cannot recommend this course enough
I cannot recommend this course enough. As a complete novice on Monday I feel I have learnt so much in the 5 days giving me the confidence to take my learning further to level 2. Our Tutor was amazing and had the patience of a saint which was needed a lot of the time.
Worth to attend
Small groups, very well organised course, a lot of to learn.
Suitable for beginners.
Excellent training
The tutor, Mbanandi was a good trainer and he has influenced me to be interested in furthering the course. Learning Excel was an achievement for me. I am hoping others will take advantage of the course to improve their IT skill.
Lennie and Linda are great trainers
Hi Lennie and Linda
Many thanks for the hard work and support you gave. You are great trainers, well done, especially with someone demanding like me.
You deserve the medal of bravery.
It was a nice week fun learning. I have learnt a lot.. I didn't expect that, so well done for all the tips and course you gave us.
Improvements you can do: spreadsheets to take home with legends and charts... about the new points learnt: create a table chart, a pie chart, a mail merge, animation, transition....I think people will appreciate some sheets after the training like notes of what we learnt.. As easy to forget if you do not practise..
I enjoyed learning about mail merge, excel with charts and animations creations with PowerPoint ....
Such nice example scenarios you created to work on Word.... Well done...
It was amazing
Lennie Prosper was excellent
Lennie Prosper was excellent. You cannot control the students you receive but in a few of us that took the course we spent way to much time waiting on others. I accept we all needed help but a few consistent offender's just didn't listen to the advice to watch first then do... The course in opinion could have spent more time showing how to create word documents of different kinds rather than spend so much time on content which was in the document's. We spent a lot of time analysing and not producing spread sheets word documents. I would of thought drilling home how you produce the documents comes before why you have the information in those documents..... Having said that I would definitely attend one of your classes again..... I wish I'd started earlier in my after school learning.
Regards Gary
ITQ Level 1
I attended what was for me a refresher course to rejuvenate my passion and career within the IT industry after many years away from it. I didn't quite know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the manner and enthusiasm the course tutor had in delivering the subject matter. JRNY's tutor for this ITQ Level 1 was extremely easy going and made everyone feel comfortable whatever the level they were at. He was patient and thoroughly had the audience engaged with his stories, tips and ideas. Having done hundreds of IT courses in my lifetime at a variety of levels, I can honestly say this one was one of the best courses I have ever been subjected to and left me wanting more.

ITQ Level 1
I have just completed this 1 week intensive course. My entire experience from start to finish was excellent and I learnt a great deal. My knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point has increased and also my general confidence in using computers. I look forward to progressing more by taking further courses.
I enjoyed the training and the class…
I enjoyed the training and the class atmosphere was very nice, the trainer was really patient with the different characters of people there, but I think there should be more stuff added to the course, however considering that it is basics it is okay for what it is. Thanks JRNY. I will definitely recommend this course to somebody .
Updating IQT skills
The course made learning fun and was easy to follow. I would highly recommend this course if the tutor is Lennie Prosper, nothing was too much trouble and he had endless patience.
