I've been using these sticks for a long time. Both my dogs love them. I cut some of them into small (1cm) pieces and use for rewards in games and training. The last box I had was not good. It was very black and the pieces were squashy and without centres. The people at JR responded nicely to my problem and sent me a replacement box which was up to the usual standard. I think that is first class service. I will keep on buying them.
