Always a pleasure to order from you. Easy to use website, and food that Willow gets excited about. Excellent value even if more expensive than other dog food. I would rather spend more on food my fussy madam will eat knowing she is having a good quality diet.

I first bought from JR pets at Crufts. I wanted something that would help clean up my dogs teeth and save me a big dental bill at the vets, l bought a small ostrich knuckle, my dog loved it and it worked!
I ordered two more from JR pets on line, very impressed with the service, l was sort of expecting very small knuckles but the ones sent were a really good size and l feel good value for money.
I have also tried the pate which my dog also loves.
Communication via email and delivery service excellent.
I have recommended to friends.

The treats came promptly, well packed and something different for my dog. He loved the duck sausages and they went very quickly, also the beef liver. But they seemed to upset his stomach. Perhaps too rich, I introduced these slowly, the pate's he ate for a week and then wouldn't touch them. So sadly, I cannot order any more. I would put this down to a fussy stomach rather than the food itself.

JR pet products have been a huuuge help raising my crazy little rottie Millie from an uncontrollable pup to a (mostly) well behaved adolescent. She loves the training treats, and the sausages and pate are amazing for the high value rewards. And when we need a bit of quiet time, a pizzle, skin twist or ostrich bone do a great job of calming her down and getting her to settle for a bit. All products are fantastic quality and you can tell how much the company cares about what they do.

jr pets are always good. our dog only ever has their treats because of the quality. there have been issues there and there with quality despite my last sentence, but they've resolved it half the time lol. i realise i don't sound convincing. one time the chews came and the plastic packaging had probably burst or ripped so they were all oxidised but jr sent replacements immediately. another time i'm pretty confident the pate was expired cos it stank and its never stunk before but they were adamant it wasnt expired so only offered a partial discount but ok. i just dont order pate from them anymore really. but i order everything else, my dog loves their lamb chews and spaghetti sticks. BRING BACK THE MINI LAMB CHEWS PLS.

Easy to order, well packaged and delivered promptly. I have a fussy Golden Doodle with a sensitive tummy and she loves the pure meat toppers. The small tins mean it’s easy to give her variety and it’s always fresh.

So impressed with JR! Not only are their products very popular with my own dogs and many of my dog-training clients, on the one occasion that I had to contact them about the quality of one pack (never happened before, clearly just a one-off issue that any company could experience), I couldn't fault the response. An email reply within an hour or two, very apologetic and offering three solutions. I chose to have the product replaced as the new sausage slices are a big hit with my dogs, and they arrived within days. You can't ask for more than that! Great products, great customer service!

My dogs loves JR training treats , well the ones that are shaped like pellets, but recently some flavours come in different form, more like a little square and my dog wouldn’t touch it as if there were a recipe change.
Makes ordering online a lottery.
