Scammed me out of half my purchase

I purchased an item with two pieces and was only sent one. Despite us having a valid contact for purchase they said it was a listing mistake and refused to send the full order. That is illegal, but even so one would think if they weren't going to honour their promise they would offer a refund for the bungled order. Instead they offered a $5 discount on a future purchase, not even on the purchase they messed up. So I am stuck with half an order, which I don't need, and no resolution.

Positive Customer Service Experience

Placed an order December 2nd for an incorrect item (picked the wrong product of two very similar items). Called the staff who were very friendly and they had the issue corrected in under 2 minutes with the fastest confirmation email I've ever seen.

Very pleased with the response time and friendly staff. Will order from JR Toy again.

Friendly Toy Store

Ordering online was easy. Order 7 items. Sent me an email about my 2 of the products being on backorder. Called customer service over the phone to clarify backorder. Super friendly. Wish I can see more online. Will buy from them again.
