My package got lost and not only was…

My package got lost and not only was customer serivce very responsive but they fixed the issue right away. Not only are their products good but the customer service is also great!

DO NOT USE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering to stay well clear.

I ordered on 29th December after being shown a delivery date of 7th January. It is now 23rd January, and I still do not have my order.

There has been no meaningful update, no clear explanation, and no accountability. I am repeatedly told the parcel is “awaiting customs clearance,” yet weeks later they cannot confirm what is happening, what is missing, or when (or if) delivery will occur.

At this point, the lack of transparency and failure to deliver within the promised timeframe is completely unacceptable. As the customer, my contract is with the seller not their courier, not customs, and not third parties they hide behind.

This experience has shown poor communication, broken delivery promises, and a total lack of urgency once payment has been taken. I now have zero confidence that this order will ever be fulfilled.

I have been forced to escalate this with my bank due to non-delivery.

I strongly advise anyone considering ordering to think twice. If delivery timelines, professionalism, or customer service matter to you, avoid this company.

I am still awaiting an immediate full refund or confirmed resolution.

EDIT:
After posting this review, I noticed a pattern across other recent 1-star reviews reporting the same issue, orders not being delivered and customers left without clear updates or resolution.

Based on the volume and similarity of these experiences, it appears this company is consistently failing to deliver orders to customers.

While international deliveries can unfortunately experience extended delays due to customs clearance processes outside of our direct control, this does not diminish the impact this has had on your experience, and we’re sorry that communication and clarity around this did not meet expectations. We always aim to provide realistic delivery estimates based on average clearance times, however on rare occasions parcels can be held for significantly longer than anticipated.

We’re also sorry to hear that you felt left without clear updates or resolution. That’s not the experience we want for any customer, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have done an extensive search of our database and are unable to locate any orders or messages from you.

If you’re willing, please contact our support team at support@jshealthvitamins.com with your order details so we can urgently review the situation and assist further.

We’re also taking feedback like this seriously as we continue working to improve transparency and communication for our international customers.

I have been trying to get in touch…

I have been trying to get in touch since December 22nd about cancelling a subscription. I was told they would be in touch within 2 to 4 working days. I realise that it was Christmas and new year, but it is now January 16th and I'm still getting the same reply. Extremely disappointed with the service.

The best vitamins

The best vitamins! They actually work. I haven’t ever done a review for vitamins before but my hair has actually been growing!!!! I can notice it now. I must have been taking them now for around 3 months at a guess but the only things where I can actually see a difference and didn’t think they would even work as nothing before this made any difference.

These vitamins have helped me so much

These vitamins have made such a difference for me. I use the probiotic, detox and debloat (this one is a must), magnesium and recently started the Berbermine. Magnesium has help me sleep all night. Berbermine is new but I definitely feel like it’s helping me stay on track throughout the day with snacking.

Fantastic results

The hair supplements really do work. Menopausal age and felt my hair was thinning, now on my second jar, my hairdresser couldn’t believe all the new hair!! Customer service was excellent after I found some defect capsule cases, this was followed up the same day and a replacement jar sent out.
