A website presented itself as a Thailand Digital Arrival Card / TDAC service and charged unauthorized or misleading fees

Scam!! Unauthorized Charges for TDAC Scam,
On 15 May 2026, I made a seach through Google intending to apply for three Thailand Digital Arrival Cards (TDAC). A website came to one of the top result which was thailandtouristvisaok.com . I was misleadingly informed the charges of USD 20 per TDAC, so I expected to pay USD 60 total.
After submitting my request, I discovered that the transaction was charged by a different merchant, listed as “Jsvisados Zendesk Support” / jssvisa.com, for USD 239.97 instead of the agreed USD 60. I did not recognize this merchant and did not authorize this higher amount. I filed a dispute with my bank, but unfortunately the payment still went through on 20 May 2026.

On 28 May 2026, the same merchant attempted/processed another unauthorized charge of USD 49.99 on my debit card without my consent.

I believe this is a fraudulent or misleading website connected to fake or unofficial Thailand Digital Arrival Card services. I had filed a report with Thailand Online Complaint Center 1212 OCC and request that the authorities investigate the websites and merchant involved.

WARNING: Scam merchant! Unauthorized charges attempted!

Total scam! I was misleadingly charged $169.98 by this merchant earlier, and I have already filed an official dispute case with my bank. Shockingly, on May 25, this dishonest company tried to secretly charge my credit card AGAIN for another $49.99 without my consent!
Fortunately, my bank’s fraud detection system flagged them, successfully intercepted (declined) the transaction, and instantly blocked my card to protect my account. They are a fraudulent group trying to swipe money from customers repeatedly. Do not trust their manipulated 5-star fake reviews. Stay away!
