darei zero. they are a scam company. be aware. as you can read on their facebook. they don't do anything. just get money. the service doesn't exist so you are litteraly going to get crazi, spend money and throwing away you things. i never heard anyone who got a courier for a pick up
I had a terrible experience with J&T Express. They handled a Temu shipment worth about 4,000 baht and marked it as delivered, but the package never arrived. The only “proof of delivery” they provided was a close-up photo of the box, with no background, no address and no way to confirm it was taken at the delivery location. It could have been photographed anywhere.
I contacted J&T Express several times by phone and chat. Each time they said the local branch would reach out, but no one ever called. They didn’t help trace the package and offered no real support. Their final suggestion was to cancel the order on Temu, but Temu refused because J&T claimed they had proof of delivery.
The whole process has been frustrating and unprofessional. I lost my shipment, got no help, and was left dealing with two companies pointing fingers at each other. I wouldn’t trust J&T Express with anything valuable.
