I have 3 packages out there somewhere

I have 3 packages out there somewhere! The first has been being delivered for since 9-5-23, the 2nd was marketed as delivered at 22:56 pm received by (). Not sure where that one is. The 3rd hasn't been delivered apparently because of my inaccessible address, although they have delivered to this same location before (2weeks late). I can not get any one on either phone numbers that I was provided with, nor on either chat. This is the absolute WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! EVER!.....EVER!

Worst Courier ever

Worst Courier ever. They keep on faking thier delivery status and Returning parcels to sender without contacting the recipient. They always tagged me unavailable in fact I did not receive any communication with them. My parcel is still missing for 5 days and I didn't get any word from them even the customer service 😡 WORST COURIER. WORST EMPLOYEES. WORST SERVICES. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, WORST WORSTWORST

JTExpress Vietnam are thieves!!! WARNING

JTExpress Vietnam have kept me for almost 6 months.. they lost my package (someone from the local office stole it)
They will not reply my mails… and they keep saying the same thing on the phone.. nothing happens!!!

SHAME ON YOU JTEXPRESS Vietnam!!!

J&T KAPITOLYO WHY YOU KEEP ON TAGGING MY ORDER "Order was unsuccessful due to 【Customer is Not Available on holidays】" ARE YOU CRAZY? I DON'T RECEIVE ANY TEXTS OR CALLS COMING FROM YOUR RIDERS! 2 DAYS SAME TAGGED UNDELIVERED? YOU GUYS RUIN MY PRESENTATION FOR MY FAMILY. I ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME. THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS UNHELPFUL THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MY COMPLAINT.
