Bought a Freedom Air rower from JTX. Arrived on time and very well packed. However one of the welds on the front tripod had been missed in the manufacture. I contacted the company with a video showing the missing weld. They were very helpful and a new front section arrived the following day. Construction was pretty straight forward and the rower is very solid and good quality. Have used it now for 2 weeks and I am pretty pleased with the product. I would have given it 5 stars if it had arrived intact.

Brilliant rowing machine for the money. Easy to assemble and allows a full rowing stroke. Lifts up to store, not tried this as yet. Lovely smooth action and great adjustment in the resistance. For the money, worth every penny.

Very sturdy rowing machine with good length slide and built in display, plus holder for phone/ tablet screen. The ability to fold up the slide rail allows for more compact storage if needed. If you are looking for a machine similar to Concept 2 at a mid price range, this is an ideal purchase.

The equipment is fantastic in looks and design. However, even though the machine has resistance adjustment, using lowest setting it is difficult to row for more that a few minutes.

Excellent rowing machine. Have been using for a couple of weeks now and I am highly impressed with the build quality of the machine. Easy to put together as well and was well packaged. I had to buy a separate foam seat cushion for it but that is because my rear is not well padded. Highly recommend.
