The bike does it’s job and allows for a good spinning session. My only issue is that the back wheel seems to wobble/vibrate at certain points, making the ride feel a bit odd. Also, the seat does not stay in position, and easily swivels.

Great bike and service from the company, only marked down slightly as the left hand pedal was difficult to attach as the thread was congested with paint or poor machining but with some patience I was able to free up and secure it without stripping the thread. Bike nice and simple to assemble and seems to be a good quality especially for the special offer price. With a 2 year on site warranty you can’t really go wrong.

I did a lot of research before deciding on the Racer-M from JTX. The bike seems well built - although it’s probably too early to tell - but the setup instructions could be clearer and I had an issue with the pedals that could have been avoided. JTX did rectify the issue quickly once I contacted them about it. The biggest disappointment is the range of resistance which isn’t detailed in the specification. Having been used to using a Keiser M3, I made the mistake of assuming that because it has a similar gear lever / magnetic resistance that it would have a good range of resistance levels but it has only got 12 which is too limited in my view and just something I will have to try and get used to.

A good solid bike and decent value at £399 in the sale. However, the console's not great. Need to buy something else to make the pulse monitor work and distance only goes to one decimal place in kms, unlike the two places on the previous model I had. Furthermore the console clip just isn't fit for purpose. It's far too loose meaning if you put a bit of effort in the console's likely to fall off. Only solution was to pack it with cardboard. Not a good look on a brand new £600 bike!!

Our new bike is aesthetically beautiful, very silent, comfortable, and well-built with quality in mind. The only thing could have been better is the display since it is a standard LCD and very dark. It was also very easy to put together with clear instructions. The only reason for 4 stars is the LCD display, which in this age, is clearly outdated and a more modern version should be available. Otherwise we are really happy with the product and would definitely recommend to others. The training is very effective and non dissimilar from the experience you'd get from a gym-level one.

Bought this as knee rehab not going to plan 5 months after op. Extremely comfortable bike, relatively easy to put together and very easy adjust. It's very quiet to use - I can easily watch TV whilst cycling. Not sure I'll ever be persuaded to love a stationary bike, but this is good for my knee! The only negative is no marking on the resistance lever, so you just have to remember what levels you use.

It is a solid, seemingly well-built piece of kit, which has been working as advertised and required thus far. Straightforward to assemble and adjust (although some diagrams could be a bit clearer & the key parts larger, in the instructions). The display screen could be clearer and brighter, but then I don't tend to use it, so not key for me (I just monitor time and HR on my phone).

Excellent home exercise bike, its surprisingly quiet, smooth and solid. I've really enjoyed connecting it with the recommended workout app on my phone and find that really motivating. Its really easy to assemble and adjust the seat and handles (I am 5ft2 and my husband is 6ft4 and both of us feel it is very comfortable). I have been looking for an exercise bike for a while and went to several showrooms whilst researching - I very nearly spent a lot more money on one of the better known brands and so glad I didn't. I haven't explored all the apps it connects to yet but can see this is going to get me fit over the winter months when I don't want to exercise outside.
