The treadmill was exactly as expected and suited our situation perfectly as we are short of space and needed something that folded away neatly. Very compact and takes up very little floor space when folded up. The handles and control panel do bounce a bit when running at speed but nothing that causes any problems. Suspension system (plus rubber mats on floor) creates a comfortable experience that doesn’t jar your joints. The only negative is that it is heavy and not as easy to manoeuvre as the video suggests and some sort of lifting and manoeuvring bar/handle would be useful. Overall, very happy with our purchase

Great treadmill, using to aid weight loss and to get fit, currently only walking on it, but find it very robust. I only have two complaints, one is there’s no drinks holder, a d the second is the phone holder slot isn’t big enough.. Other than that, ive been using it a couple of weeks now, and already feeling better in myself and losing weight.

Well, i wasnt going to complain actually, BUT, The damn thing broke with just over a weeks use, (control panel failed). Reported it straight away, then waited a week for repair engineer to ring after a reminder that i was still waiting a response, I work 9-5 monday to friday, so does the engineer !! So forget having a repair done on a Saturday or early evening. Engineer said he had some time last thursday to fit it in, so i asked my elderly mother if she would be available to let him in my house, (she’s 85 and reliant on someone going with her) She said she could get between 2pm & 3pm. Engineer said this was too late !! What the hell !! Now stuck with broken treadmill for a third week, not knowing when i’m going to be available to liase for the repair, If you work 9-5 monday to friday, dont bother. A pickup and replacement on a saturday is really the only option.

Treadmill was compact and easy to manoeuvre. No assembly so up and running right away. It was fine for me as I’m only 5 ft 2, and was using it to walk, however the deck was not wide enough for my husband who is 6 foot, and he kept hitting the sides of the belt , he just could not get used to it. Also he felt that the consol moved too much when running. If you are petite and using it to walk fast it’s perfect.

Compact and easy to fold away, fairly quiet, bit rickety but worth compromising for the compact foldability. Arms locked on day one, had to loosen with lubricant. Panel only in KM would prefer miles. Can't program a run to a set distance, only to a set time. On balance it's a good product and we're adjusting to it.

I researched this product for months. I wanted a compact treadmill but one that had incline too and it came up with this...It is heavy, ( but obviously needs stability for what it’s used for) so if you are planning on moving it all the time then bear this in mind. I manage to move it on my own. We keep ours out most of the time, but it’s great that it folds away neatly when needed. Lucky for me I got it in the sale so didn’t pay full price. We are really pleased with it, it feels strong and sturdy. I think if you don’t have the option of a separate room to use as a gym then this is a great option that allows excercising without getting in the way.

The treadmill folds up really flat which is great! It feels fairly sturdy but as you’d expect from something that folds, it’s still a little wobbly and it’s quite narrow so you have to run straight. The functions are very good & it’s easy to assemble. Cons are that it is very heavy & my husband has found the belt slips when he runs fast (probably because he’s fairly heavy)

This is the first time I have ever bought a treadmill and what a minefield it was trying to decide. In the end I picked this JTX slimline and I am really pleased I did. It arrives really well packaged in a large box with instructions on the box on how to open it. Once you get it out the box the first plus point is that there is no assembly required at all. You simply twist a couple of knobs, lift up the handles and you're ready to go. It all appears to be very solid and well made, at 60Kg in weight there must be something in there. The instruction manual is pretty comprehensive and even has exploded drawings of the machine with all the part numbers, not something you see very often. So what's it like to use? Very quiet and functional. There are six preset routines and one you can program yourself. If, like me, you want something simple you simply press start and you're away. A large knob on the display panel or a couple of buttons on one of the handles lets you change the speed and you change the incline with two buttons on the other handle. The display is bright and clear and shows all the basic information; speed, incline, calories etc. This is not a machine with dozens of gizmos so it it is really easy to use. The speakers are not too bad. I plug my laptop in and watch music videos while I'm working out. When you're done you find another bonus with the machine, it folds away and moves very easily. You press a couple of buttons and twist a couple of knobs and it folds flat. You can then lift the machine up and wheel it away. Note that lifting the machine is not even that difficult as a rather clever piece of mechanics assist you in lifting the machine. I am well pleased with my purchase. It is not the cheapest machine you can buy, but it does everything well, it folds up and has an excellent warranty. Highly recommend.

Like: Frame compacts well, quality build, good length of running track, easy incline, heart rate monitor Would improve: Mobile holder too small, preset programs limited to lower speeds, no multi-user functions

I've had the slimline foldable treadmill for three weeks now, and absolutely loving it. Having it come ready assembled was a bonus. It's so easy to use. It's a great size for a small space, and folds away easy. I would definitely recommend this product.

Folds away great, very space saving. But watch your back - its a bit on the heavy side! Treadmill is smooth and decent and got all the usual gadgets - except a water bottle holder!
