Delivery guys called me an hour before they arrive. Well packaged. It's a bit difficult to get it out of the box for one person. No assembly required. Great treadmill. I'm using it in a flat on 2nd floor. Not too noisy or at least my neighbors don't complain. You can fold it and save a lot of space when not in use. Folding/Unfolding is very easy and takes seconds.
Great treadmill the programs are really good and the screen is easy to read. So easy to fold up and put away would easily recommend
With limited space this was the best quality folding unit that folds flat. A fantastic bit of kit for my wife and myself. Extremely pleased with the purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend the product.
A very high quality piece of equipment. Cumbersome to move around on a carpet as it is very heavy. I don’t bother to fold it up when I’ve finished running, that way I can hop on and off anytime I feel I want to run. So much more convenient to have a home treadmill than going to a gym. I am enjoying my purchase and would recommend this product.
Looked at plenty of reviews before making a decision as to which treadmill to buy, for limited space I had available. Very pleased with my choice, simple to setup, easy to put away & more than enough power for my workouts. Well thought out design.
Very good treadmill. Compact, sturdy and with useful programmes. Good for walking, jogging and running and it has made my life more active now.
Generally a good product but let down by a fault present on delivery: the speed buttons on the side arm did not work. The cause was a broken connector in the cable run as it passed through the folding arm's hinge. It was fixed quickly but shouldn't have been present in the first place - clearly positioning the connectors in a tight space right at the point where they would be subject to the most flexing was not a good idea.
Fantastic machine. Easy to set up and you have help along the way to push yourself further. Very pleased
Treadmill fantastic. Instructions poor however.
Received my treadmill next day as promised. It was fully assembled and just needed taking out the box. I was concerned it might feel a bit flimsy and lightweight but it really feels very sturdy and well made. I have limited space at home and this is perfect. I should say that I am new to running, and this machine does much more and has more speed than I think I will ever need! Extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend JTX.
Although have only given 3 star rating, suspect the product will ultimately impress and deserve 4 or 5 stars. Ordering easy and delivery first class, with messages to advise. Arrived on time and delivered to where wanted. Fairly easy to set up. Perhaps some of the instruction could be slightly clearer. However, Have doubts about item being brand new. Couple of scratch marks on the left Side Rail. The L support Iron Brackets are at differing angles (think approx 40 and 60 degrees) which we think strange. The oddest thing of note is that the running belt was a long way off centre. Hard to believe that a new machine would be sent out ready to set up and use with the belt not centred. Looked on the Internet and found a good instructional site related to JTX Machines. Centred the belt in way directed. Wife then used the machine for a couple of minutes and the belt went off centre again. Recentred and Tightened again. Hoping and Trusting that have adjusted and tightened correctly. The belt also felt very dry to the touch. As per internet instruction used the contents of the small bottle of oil silicon provided. Ran the machine for a minute or so increasing up to high spreed and belt seemed ok. Wife used again for a very short while and belt appreared to remain centred. Time will tell.

Please rest assured that your machine is a brand new treadmill that has never been used before, we do not sell 2nd hand or reconditioned machines. Any of our returned items are processed in a separate warehouse.
I'm sorry to hear that there are some marks ob the left side rail, please send us any photos you have to info@jtxfitness.com and we can look into this for you and send you a replacement part if required.
I'm glad that you have been able to tighten and lubricate the running belt, we recommend lubricating the belt prior to use as although this would have been completed in the factory the treadmills will then be in storage for some time. We do have a range of general maintenance guides available on our website.

We have have our treadmill for just over three weeks, and it has been a fabulous asset during this time. With a small baby in the house and bad weather, it was hard to find time to get back into running. We are now able to run (or walk) at any time of the day. The machine itself does everything we would like and more. With very little space in the house, it was fantastic to find a treadmill that folded up so well, and we can store upright against a wall when not in use. (We've also attached a strap to the wall to secure it for general safety reasons).
