Easy to assemble. Clear instructions. Sturdy treadmill.

Good : Seems a sturdy well built machine and reasonably quiet. Bad: Only KPH which I find hard to believe most cheap treadmills do both. Heart rate monitor useless wildly inaccurate. Operating instructions regarding fitness programs really poor and basic not very informative. Display looks 1970s compared to others on the market. Tablet holder crude. Overall it's a decent machine but because of the above I'm not sure if I made the right choice and maybe should have looked elsewhere.

Our machine's are programmed in KPH, however, we are always looking for ways to improve so we will certainly take this feedback onboard.
We always recommend the use of a heart rate chest strap for the most accurate heart rate training, as this remains attached to your body at all times compared using the hand sensors, as to your hands which will naturally move around as you exercise.

Very good treadmill, really sturdy and nice to run on. This model was highly recommended everywhere I looked and I was looking for months. Fortunately by the time I chose this one, it had been reduced down from 999 to 879. It was delivered really quickly too

Put together in 45 minutes with 2 people as it was heavy. Lubticated the belts shown in the videos on the JTX website and away I went. Solidly built and works brilliantly in the first weeks of ownership.

Fantastic product. Well designed and with quality parts. Well packaged with straight forward instructions. Only thing that could have a better description and further imagery would be the storage bar that supports the treadmill tread when raised/lowered so you're aware of how the bar and locking mechanism functions to ensure no issues arise.

Brilliant product at a reasonable price as I would say it is near to gym quality, the connectivity to apps has been seamless and the deck is nice and wide. Very happy with this product.

Really pleased so far, very solid machine, feels more like a gym treadmill than a domestic one, and a really good price (especially since I bought it on a recent sale!). Overall I only gave 4 stars: unlike my last treadmill which had one-click speed buttons with increments over 2mph, the JTX has them over 4, so lots more manual clicking required. Also think you should just scrap the fan! Would have been a definite 5-star if not for the one-click increments.

First treadmill so hard to compare on quality and value for money, hence reason for not 5 stars. While seems expensive, is well built, feels sturdy when running, array of options to choose from, and instructions to build are clear and easy to follow. Well packaged. It is heavy though and not easiest to move around, not an issue for me as will stay in same place but worth considering if wishing to move regularly.
