Great machine while lacking in touch screen tech the platform is solid, with a great speed and incline range. The build quality is great, but definitely a two person task to move and assemble, it’s heavy!! But it is a stable gym quality running platform.

I researched a lot to find the perfect treadmill for training and interval walking. Didn’t need a fancy screen but somewhere to put my phone! I built it myself as just a girly in my 20s and managed fine, takes a while but now it’s looking great

We have in the past bought a lot of JTX equipment. However we are very disappointed in the quality and service of the treadmill. We bought what we hoped would be good quality and service but both have been a let down. The machine makes a scuffing noise when in use and having purchased beginning of February with numerous emails advising and videos sent to prove the noise, we have had to chase to get it sorted, and now have a date some weeks after first contacting them. I would advise caution if considering purchasing due to problems you may incur and not getting the service to have them fixed in a prompt manner.

This is an expensive treadmill, and the non-running (display, connectivity) is a bit basic compared to some, but the actual running functions are excellent, it hits 20kph, which a lot of the treadmills out there won't get to.

Absolutely love this treadmill. Did a lot of research as there are so many out there but I'm so happy I went with this. This is a gym standard treadmill and exactly what I wanted - I didn't want a flimsy, fold away treadmill as I run 3 times a week and the bulk of my winter training is done before work at around 6am so it calls for treadmill running. Easy to use, relatively easy to put together (not that I did this but thanks to my dad and husband it works like a dream). Definitely recommend and incline option is good too.

A good solid treadmill, easy to put together, smooth transitions in speed and incline. Starts and stops smoothly and not with a jolt. Plenty of room on the belt for running and long enough not to worry about stride length

Great quality, feels commercial gym sturdy and good software to connect to heart rate monitor or apps. Great incline levels and speed. Only criticism would be that when you put your iPad on the tablet holder it covers up your time and speed display.

Sturdy treadmill which feels that it would cope with daily usage as my son is a keen 3000 and 5000 m runner. Can go to 22km/ hr. It has a clear screen with a lot of programs . The incline works smoothly and the belt runs quietly. Very heavy though can be moved around by lifting the deck and using the front wheels. So far very pleased and feels like a treadmill that would find in a gym .
