I am female, in my 60s, 80kg and 5 foot 7. This is perfect for me but my 6 foot 4 partner is too tall for the machine! I recommend this machine to others of similar or smaller build, if you are 6 foot or over you need a bigger machine.

Excellent build quality, fairly easy to assemble on your own. Smooth operation . Only criticism - lots of training programmes but very little information of each programme and how they differ from one another or what particular benefits they offer . Apart from that , very happy

The Cross Trainer is what I expected but assembly instruction where a little misleading as the L and R stickers where no always correct. Although tools were provided, I found it easier to use my own. Once assembled, it is easy to setup and use and the built in wheels make it easy to move around.

Seems like a really solid cross trainer. My husband uses it a couple of times a day to improve his fitness and is really pleased with it. Can't say anything about durability because we haven't had it long enough. Wasn't too difficult to put together but it takes two people to do it.

Delivery process efficient. Assembly not too tricky if you take your time. Your own better tools will be useful. A couple of bolts/ screws didnt fit properly and the final cosmetic 'collar' bit couldnt seem to be fixed. Operation is smooth and silent after a month. Display is rudimentary but gives you the basics of time and distance. I thought overall good value for the occasional home user compared with other products that all seemed to be at least a few hundred pounds more.

Super quiet, incredibly smooth and very sturdy, easy enough to put together, by my husband. Looked at this and other more expensive ones for ages, not knowing which one to get, glad i finally ordered it, very happy with it.
