I bought this for long hours of Zone 2 training to complement the harder work I do on a real bike. Essentially I cycle, keeping my heart rate at an average of 115bpm for an hour whilst watching cross country MTB on the TV. For that it has been perfect. It is solid, well built, adjusts well enough and after about 50 hours of use, no niggles have appeared. My HRM connected straightaway to the digital head unit, although I use the Wahoo ap on my phone. This would be the one negative, the head unit is not backlit and I can only just read the larger top line number. I accept this is partly a wrong glasses issue, however there is no way to customise the display, so for me its pretty useless. The booklet does provide helpful information on subscription based training aps, which paired with a proper backlit phone/ tablet would enable you to get the most out of this bike. Some context, it is 30 years since I went on a gym bike, a time when they were primarily used for warming up not the 'high intensity' or 'connected' studio spin sessions that I have heard of. So I cannot speak to its suitability for such use. Other thoughts: I was fortunate to live close enough to the company's base in Shoreham By Sea to try out a range of equipment in their studio beforehand. This was useful to me and the staff (Frank from memory) was very helpful. For the purposes of getting the unit out of the box, off its transit plinth and on to its base it is important to have a second pair of hands. Assembly is not difficult but Ikea would provide better quality instructions and properly labelled parts.

Sturdy bike….heavy but solid studio quality. Arrived with a small scratch on flywheel otherwise nicely finished. Very smooth quiet action. Assembly instructions could be better but all comes together with a little patience!

So pleased with this spin bike. Having done spin at the gym, I was looking for a bike that has comparable quality. I have not been disappointed. The display is dark but is clearly visible. I have no complaints and love this machine.

Solid studio bike! I’m very pleased with the adjustability of the seat, seat-post and handlebars. At 5”2 I’ve struggled to get positioned correctly on other studio bikes - this one is great and I can now relax my upper body as instructed. It is very quiet and smooth to ride, but I am still getting used to the resistance and weight of the flywheel

Good solid bike, it is well built and smooth to ride. Lots of adjustable parts means you can ensure that the bike can be set up to your needs. The range of resistence is also good so should be able to cater for all standards. Only small gripe is that display, it does show you everything you need but it feels like something out of the 90s (sometime difficult to read due to poor light) but I can connect to my app and get the readings from there so not a big deal.
