I think its the best cross trainer iv had or been on . Its well built strong and you have a lot of choice with programs easy set up once you get used to it im in no way a computer boff but I can work this out. Gives a good all body workout whether you want a hard or easy workout its a brilliant piece of equipment.
Great machine, robust and good value for money. Very almost 5 stars across the board for everything but a couple of minor points. The fittings pack, none of the descriptions eg M10 bolt, M4 screw etc match the instructions which say 206 bolt, A110 screw. You have to measure and count up how many you’ve got of each to then match up with what the picture looks like. This therefore made the construction much longer than it needed to be for something so small that could be corrected.
Very smooth and quiet in operation, certainly gives a good workout and adjustment is useful for changing bias between upper body or legs. Good value

Robust piece of equipment for the price. Relatively easily assembled, although the wiring was tricky to route using the instructions provided. Functions well so far.
Excellent cross fit trainer, ideal for home gym. Good quality and quiet. Two minor issues hold it back from 5 stars. Firstly, the assembly instructions are a challenge and are confusing in places. Secondly, the screen can not be tilted, so for a tall person like me you can not read the screen when exercising without leaning back/down.
Recovering from hip surgery, only just started my journey.
The cross trainer is decent quality but right from the off has an annoying squeak when in use. Load enough that even with headphones on, it can be heard. I've tried tightening everything but it won't go away.

I note that you opted for self-assembly. As you decided against our engineer assembly service there is the possibility that a part might not be fitted 100% correctly. If this is the case then we should be able to diagnose using from the video you send to us and it may be a quick and easy fix so you can start working out in peace!

Good quality machine and easily adjustable for different sized/ability people to use. Not easy to build if you are not technically minded and is much easier with 2 people.
It doesn’t work, it’s faulty and I have to wait a complete calendar month to have somebody come and fix it. Avoid this product - faulty goods that I think JFX sneakily know.

Straight forward to assemble, I recommend watching the JTX videos. The equipment looks and feels like a quality piece of kit. The display screen is very clear and helpful to plan your individual needs and monitor progress.
Strong and sturdy piece of equipment, built to last and has some excellent fitness programs.
Cables can be difficult to connect and feed into recesses. Screws to hold wires for dual function handle casings took quite a bit of work to tighten. Had to basically cut the thread into the metal hole.

Great delivery service and brilliant product. I put the cross trainer together on my own and the wiring does take a little focus but all doable. Ideally use two people to build from the box. Would recommend and use JTX again.

Really pleased with this cross trainer. High quality (very sturdy) and fits nicely in our spare bedroom. I like the choice of manual or preset programmes. It’s got me moving!
Solidly built and very quiet.
We struggled a little but to build, as some of the pictures didn't match how they looked, ie the internal cables. However once built. Ver good quality product which we are enjoying using
