JTX is an independent fitness brand based in West Sussex. We design, build and sell home gym equipment — treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross trainers — directly to our customers. No middlemen, no hype, no subscriptions required. Just dependable machines, honest advice, and a team that’s here when you need them.

JTX Fitness Guarantee

We are here to help you achieve your goals

We are here to help you achieve your goals
JTX started in 2009 with a straightforward idea: fitness equipment should hold up in real use, not just look good on day one. Too much of the industry felt driven by hype — short-term trends and promises that didn’t translate once routines changed or life got busy. We wanted to build something different. Equipment people could come back to through different phases of training, different stages of life, and trust that it would still do its job. That thinking still shapes how we design, build and support every machine today. Training that fits around your life: We design for the way people actually train — the early mornings, the busy weeks, the sessions that just keep you ticking over. Not the highlight reel. Equipment that’s built properly: We prioritise build quality, real-world testing and considered engineering. No gimmicks, no feature clutter — just machines that do what they should, consistently, for years. Support that doesn’t disappear after you buy: Our UK team is here before purchase, during setup, and long after delivery. Buying guides, care advice, repairs — we’re not hard to reach and we don’t hide behind chatbots. Longer warranties, fewer worries: All equipment comes with generous in-home repair warranties as standard. If something needs fixing, we come to you. We back what we build.

Purchased treadmill after seeing reviews. The treadmill was delivered very quickly. It was very easy to put up and I am very pleased with it. Emails received promptly and delivery guys delivered to place of choice.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase...?

I chose jtx because of consistently good reviews. I chose a reconditioned cross trainer because it was £200 cheaper than a brand new version but still had full warranty and had been serviced/ reconditioned. I was disappointed when the cross trainer arrived as it was filthy, covered in black dust, presumably from where it had been stored. I reported this to jtx as it did cast doubt over it being checked over or tested before despatch. That being said, I did clean it up and it does work well. I would've given 5 stars but for that issue.

Overall, great value for price

Overall, great value for price. Good for up to about level 12 running speed. Definitely long enough, but slightly narrow. Stable enough too. Side arms are not that strong, though. Also, the water bottle on the left is slightly awkward. Screen is clear and easy to use. However, it does not give a proper summary at the end, so you need to note the numbers as soon as you stop. Heavier than I expected, but easy enough to move around in one room.

JTX Sprint 8 Pro. Powerful, solid, simple and robust

Ordering was simple, based on the clear descriptions of the product. Delivery was quick and efficient. The equipment (a Sprint 8 pro) comes in a large and heavy box and I did need to help the 2 chaps to manouvre the package into the intended room. Assembly was fairly easy (I completed it alone. A helper would make it easier). The plastic trim pieces were flimsy and a pain to clip up and at odds with what feels like a high quality machine. Overall the machine is impressively solid. It can be folded and moved (but you wouldn't want to move it far or often). In use the machine is smooth and easily caters for my demands. Controls are simple to ease and the basic display is clear. It would be nice to have speed and gradient steps in one or two kph/% steps rather than the four/three provided. Connection to laptop (zwift for me) was easy and works well. The speakers, whilst definitely not hifi quality are adequate, and better than those on my laptop. In use, the run bed is firmly sprung, but comfortable to run on (broad and long) and the side rails are wide enough to step off to without issue. Overall, my early impressions are good. There is little fancy about this machine (I didn't want or need that) but the mechanicals work well and feel as though they will last. The controls and display are simple, clear and effective and feel robust.

Excellent quality product

Excellent quality product. Easy to assemble on my own. High level of resistance that I didn't expect from an upright exercise bike and just as good as a gym standard bike. Stable when in use. Good range of programs and a manual option if you want to set your own workout. Light enough to move around the house, and the wheels help.

Crosstrainer

Good support before purchasing to make sure the machine fits. Delivery was as planned with a couple of helpful chaps putting the box where we wanted. Assembly was good, a few fiddly wires to feed through some holes. The machine is very comfortable to use, the preset programs are ideal and the machine is very quiet.

Support Could Be Improved

The company has an impressive description of its after-sales support on its website. However, when I needed to put this to the test, I found the experience somewhat underwhelming.
The issue with my treadmill was relatively minor, but the support process felt slower and more complicated than necessary. Instead of asking for a video and then referring the matter to the technical department, it would have been quicker and easier for a member of the technical team to call me directly and talk through the troubleshooting steps.
Alternatively, arranging a visit from an experienced engineer would have been helpful. I was hesitant about removing the motor cover myself as I did not want to risk damaging anything or potentially affecting the warranty.
Overall, I feel disappointed with the level of support provided and hope I do not have cause to rely on it again in the future.

JTX running machine

I’ve been looking for a running machine for a while. Got drawn into machines like Nordic which all looked good until you realised you also had to pay a subscription. Looked around and eventually found JTX, all the reviews were great. Got the machine 2 weeks ago and it’s been brilliant. The in built Bluetooth speaker isn’t amazing but it does the job. Would recommend!

Great Treadmill

I had converted our front room into a gym and wanted a 'decent' treadmill and after research I opted for the JTX Sprint 8. Decided to have the install completed by JTX and having to change the date once, which JTX sorted for me without hassle, Dave the installer came along and completed everything for me and talked through how to use it and maintenance.
Very sturdy machine, well made a simple to use. The speakers are a great feature and connect easily to the phone.
The running bed is a great size and the display is big, but not an issue.
Is this worth the money, well yes, I have had cheaper treadmills in the past and they were nowhere as good as this one.
Highly recommend the Sprint 8 as a great piece of kit, whether you are walking, jogging or running as the incline feature and pre programmed programs give you a good variety of workouts, let alone just getting on and doing your own thing.

Good site, good prices, bad courier choice

Good website, lot of choice at decent prices, usually with a sale on. Delivery specifies ‘room of choice’, yet this is ground floor only as we discovered on the recent delivery.
Perhaps need to look into other courier companies who can do the job properly rather than dumping the machines in a room leaving the customer to figure out how to move them to an upper floor.

JTX states in their reply that this is in the delivery information. However, specific products that weigh over this limit should have this stated on their product page not tucked away elsewhere. Even on the confirmation email, this weight limit information is not present.

Good morning Ben and thank you for your feedback.

I'm sorry to hear that the delivery process did not live up to expectations for you.

I can't find your order on our database based on the details provided by Trustpilot so I'm unable find the exact machine that you ordered, but I would like to mention that, for insurance purposes, the delivery team from BJS are only able to deliver items with a boxed weight of 80kg or less upstairs. Anything exceeding this weight can only be delivered to your ground floor room of choice, as mentioned on the Delivery Information page on our website:

"Fitness equipment up to 80kg can be carried into your room of choice, up 2 flights of stairs maximum. Above this weight, items can be carried to the ground floor room of choice."

Once again, our apologies that this is not what you expected.

Kind regards,
Tom

I don’t usually give 1 star but…

I don’t usually give one star rating but in this case it is wholeheartedly deserved.
I received the walking pad as scheduled and set it up for my wife and ensured it was working.
The next day my wife tried the machine but it wouldn’t work indicating fault E-02.
I called the company and they advised me it was a circuit board issue and this sometimes happens during transit. They told me that I would receive the part the next day and once received I should send the local agent a message and he would schedule an appointment. The part arrived 4 days later and I immediately messaged the agent. One day passed and no reply. I messaged again but yet again no reply.
The next day I asked JTX to arrange to collect the machine and provide a refund.
Extremely frustrating experience

Good morning Trevor,

I'm sorry to hear that your experience with JTX has not reached the high standards that we have set ourselves.

While I can see that every email request from you was actioned promptly, from the shipping of your replacement part, to raising the job with one of our third party engineer network, all the way to processing your refund, I can also see that a delay with the courier to get the part to you - coupled with the unresponsiveness of the engineer - has resulted in us falling well short of the level of service we aim to provide.

As the engineer that we use for your area isn't directly employed by JTX we only have a finite amount of control over their direct interactions with our customers, however we understand that, as they are a trusted partner, we take ultimate responsibility for them and the lack of communication does not reflect well on us. We will review our current processes in this regard and identify where changes can be made to minimise situations like this moving forward.

I can see that your faulty machine has already been collected and your full refund is being processed. You should see that back in your account before the end of the week.

Once again, our sincere apologies that your experience with us has not lived up to expectations, but hopefully our prompt collection and refund will go at least some way to restoring your faith in JTX Fitness.

Kind regards,
Tom

I have had the treadmill for a month…

I have had the treadmill for a month now and the treadmill itself is very good. Smooth and kind to my knees so far. Very good cushioning and plenty of spa e and run off area.
The only issue I have is the bluetooth connectivity for connecting to Kinomaps. I was hoping this would be very straightforward but not the case. I have been trying various ways of connecting to a run on Kinomaps but it has taken ages except for once, which was strange. Quite often I have to remove the saved treadmill on Kinomaps and then reload the treadmill. After this turn off the treadmill and restart so that the software can try and connect. I get there eventually but this should not be the case. I think JTX could create a video of step by step for enabling easy connection to Kinomap software.
The reason I sold my Fuel 63 treadmill was because I wanted to connect to Kinomaps for interactive runs.
Hopefully this side of the product can be improved upon.
