The company was contacted as the…
The company was contacted as the pressure in the heating system had reduced to a point when the system failed, and there was no hot water etc. They had been contacted before and had put something in the system to cure a leaking radiator valve. This time they changed the radiator valve and left. Later I noticed water dripping from the connector which joins the valve to the radiator. When they returned they replaced the connector which I assume was the part that had been causing the problem, not the valve itself.

We thought the hot water had stopped…
We thought the hot water had stopped working it was lateish when i rang them they came out the next day. The chap sorted our issue which turned out to be a very minor problem but he balanced our radiators too.
Jubilee always come when they say they will and if they think it serious will come on same day without extortionate fees.

This is a 'Does what it says on the tin' team. Dave Staniland prizes himself on the quality of his work, and if he can't respond immediately (reassuringly busy!) he asks another to take on the work. The team - this time round Baz and Shea, were quick in their response to my plumbing problem, professional, clean, tidy, prompt and did a good job, and we would say the same for when Dave does the annual boiler maintenance check. Very professional team, no mess, will come out asap ,fab service. Jubilee provided the cheapest boiler quote for the best system and fully covered in case of breakdown.
