Purchased JS31 Tall Fescue Grass Seed…

Purchased JS31 Tall Fescue Grass Seed from Jubilee Seeds & Turf for £55 and followed all instructions carefully. Germination was extremely poor (under 5%) despite proper preparation and suitable conditions.
I contacted the company and was initially told certification would be provided, but it was never received and communication has now stopped completely.
Very disappointing product performance and customer service. I cannot recommend based on my experience.
