CAM ALERT: Avoid Jubiter / EitExchange – I Lost $39,000
I am writing this review to warn others about a devastating experience I had with the trading platforms Jubiter and EitExchange. I invested a total of $39,000, believing I was growing a legitimate cryptocurrency portfolio. The platform reflected a balance of 11.2 BTC, which made me believe my investment had grown significantly.
However, when it came time to withdraw my funds, everything changed. The platform suddenly disappeared without notice. Websites went offline, customer service vanished, and I was left with nothing. The so-called “profits” were nothing more than fabricated numbers used to lure me into depositing more funds.
This is not just poor service – it’s fraud and theft.
A criminal case is ongoing, and I am sharing my experience to prevent others from falling into the same trap. These platforms operate with no regulation, no accountability, and have left many victims with severe financial losses.
If you come across Jubiter, EitExchange, or anyone promoting them – STAY AWAY.
These are fake trading platforms designed to deceive and steal from innocent investors.
Jupiter exchange is a cheat big fraud place to trade on.
They recently took all my assets from wallet without my consent.
Jupiter a name of fraud scam…….
Complete scam they will charge fees on transactions that don’t go through. Lost my whole account just trying to swap
UPDATE:
2 days later they reached out via discord to let me know the total amount lost to fees would be refunded.
I bought crypto in 2019 from jubiter
How do I access my money now?
What a scammers. I’ve bought some bitcoins back in March 2021 and Jubiter have now closed their doors and I can’t access my account or withdraw my funds.
Jubiter is a scam company that has now closed their site down so if you are expecting to get a return of any funds it will never happen. If you go onto sitejabber reviews and tap on their site this is the message you will get.
Thank you for years of support, our exchange has closed its doors.
For any issues please contact
support @ jubiter.com They work alongside scam companies such as finvestings.com and Sanako Service Ltd who are registered off shore in the Marshall Islands.

$JUP
Massive price manipulation, and once again we have unchecked fraud courtesy of our completely failed governance and regulatory systems.
Lost my net worth again, this is a pump and dump ponzi fraud scheme
The most horrible exchange to buy from.
I bought some BTC on Jubiter.com in 2019 but they frustrated all efforts to send it out of their platform. I queried and was told it is safe in their custody. I relaxed only to find out in March 2021 that they have suspended wallet services without any prior notice to transfer my coin. When I contacted them, they requested for information to confirm my identity and claims. I supplied everything and when they realised that I was able to supply all they needed, they came up with their fraudulent act. They insisted they MUST take 5% of my BTC before they could send me the remainder.
To avoid losing everything, I accepted their condition. They ended up taking more than 5% and sending me the remainder. It is not seen anywhere that a decent cryptocurrency exchange would do this to a customer.
I am still working on briefing the Authorities in my country of residence of this scam because Jubiter.com fraudulently ceased a percentage of my coins after paying for it.
Authorities in Slovakia ( their home country) are already aware this scam.
They MUST send me the remnant of my coin.
Ok, back on the 8th Feb 2021, Jubiter took £221.00 from my account to by crypto, somehow, they passed me over to a company called Axe Management, where after several months, loans etc I am facing loosing my savings (thousands£££), this is a long story short.
I want to know how Jubiter put me with Axe Management

I deposited money to Jupiter on the instructions of a online trader. Jupiter sent me ticket numbers and asked for ID proof, this was sent, how ever I found that the bit coins had been sent to the online trader. Jupiter support claimed that once the coins had been delivered to the wallet address it could not be returned. Although the money was deposited in my name the money was sent to another name. inconclusion I was actually scammed by the trader by my lack of Bitcoin savvy

I did not open the account with you. Simon Genderk from finvestings.com stole my money and transferred it to an account bearing my name and I am exhausted telling you the same thing over and over again. You gave me the wallet account number but it was not right. I have updated FCA UK with that fact. The Estonia FIU have been informed along with the relevant Law Enforcement Agencies. Please if anyone has been scammed by any investment companies, inform your local FCA and make sure you leave a review on every platform that you can,

HI
I am expecting my money back to my credit card account between now and the end of the day if not I will be forced to write a bad review and explain exactly what went on with my transaction and account.
You have no right to block my account and deprive me access to it - not when I made a successful payment to you.
Release my funds back to me and I will have nothing to do with your platform again!
Thanks
Order #804560624
Amount USD 200

Stay away, the rotten souls spot is here
Bought £250 of Bitcoin via Jubiter.com when Cityinvestgp asked me to.
I wanted to invest and try new thing.
Cityinvestgp provide me a wallet address ro send the bitcoin to.
When Cityinvestgp asked me to skip the ID verification I thought that may be a scam. Imiedetley I have email Jubiter.com to stop any action with my money.
I was happy bacause on Jubiter.com web says the funds will be transferred when we have your ID copies.
THEY SENT THE MONEY ANYWAY
IGNORING MY EMAILS AND WITHOUT GETTING MY ID COPIES.
When I contacted them they said they have other security methods to verify my ID but they can't tell me what they are.
Time wasting, money and energy draining scammers
AVOID BIG TIME!
