Love JLB

I follow their Instagram and facebook pages. I'm a mail order customer and haven't had any problems - enquiries are handled quickly as are returns. Being mail order, sizing can be an issue but JLB add their own recommended sizing and it's never failed me.

Emailed Gemma about sizing and she got back to me right away and offered her advice on my questions.
On that I ordered two items and am delighted with them.
Will definitely order again and I’m really grateful for her help.

JLB is a beautiful boutique

JLB is a beautiful boutique . I have followed them on social media regularly but recently visited the store whilst visiting from Chester . Customer service was excellent and patience in abundance! Staff are very experienced and recognise your style and recommendations were gratefully received. They have a wonderful selection of clothing and accessories. Well worth a visit

Five star service

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Jude Law your customer service is amazing. I purchased to beautiful items which were posted to me very quickly on receiving them I decided I preferred the other top on contacting the shop I explained I’d like to exchange the top for the other style there was no problem at I was sent the other top and told to keep the first top before returning it so I could choose which one suited me best which I did. I returned the first item last week and my refund has arrived today. Truly fantastic customer service everything went so smoothly without any questions I think that’s amazing 5star service. Thank you x

A woman who wears Style and loves it.

Jude Law, provides everyone with a choice. Fashion and Quality. Being a Lady of a Certain age, I can go in and choose something that quite honestly I thought never in a Million years would I wear that but really surprise myself with the Variety and loveliness of her range. I’ve raised my level of understanding the Style of clothes that suit me, through the guidance of her really lovely friendly staff and of course the regular Videos put up by Jude herself. I’m never disappointed in my Purchases. Thanks everyone.

A great online shopping experience.

Fran, the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She rang as promised, to tell me that the jeans I wanted were back in stock. Couldn’t have been nicer and helped me through the ordering process. Looking forward to receiving my new jeans

Star customer service and fantastic stock

I recently discovered JLB online and bought a pair of Lofina lace up side zip boots from them. They come up really big and the amazing team at Jude Law put aside the smaller size for me until I got back from holiday. They couldn’t have been more helpful both online and by phone. The boots are beautiful and although pricey will last a long time, they’re so comfortable and stylish

Internet purchase

I was very interested in a Oui top I had seen but was out of stock. Jude and the girls were more than helpful in letting me know when it was back in stock so I could purchase it. Jude and the girls are really lovely to speak to on the phone. I have purchased several items from them via the internet. The items always arrive really quickly

I love this shop!! Shopping instore or online is always a fabulous experience!
Jude, Glenda and the team are super helpful and knowledgeable and are great fun too!
I can always rely on their honesty and professionalism especially if I ring up or query online a size or styling issue-they know their customers and what suits us and what doesn’t!
Every season they bring us fabulous clothing, footwear and accessories which compliment our existing wardrobes or challenge us to push our boundaries a little and experiment with a new brand a little beyond our traditional comfort zones! And they always get it right! All their products are of exceptional quality and they always listen and source sizes or items we are looking for.
I cannot recommend this amazing shop and staff enough-best in Ireland ❤️

Just love all the lovely ladies @ JLB - the shop of loveliness

Just love, love, love JLB ❤️ The ladies are all super helpful and just so lovely they can’t do enough to help - I buy on line as I’m on the mainland and I feel like I know them all as friends - they are all so personable and just kind and wonderful ladies. The clothing is so well considered, excellent quality and just a little different to the run of the mill clothing from other shops - It’s my go to shop of loveliness ❤️ Thank you lovely ladies @ JLB for all your help over the years I’ve been shopping with you - you are the best !
