Terrible experience. Tried to return robe and was met with nothing but crickets after they said they would send return #. Multiple emails later and attempted phone calls (which just go to an answering service), still nothing. Buyer beware and just buy a similar cheap quality robe from anywhere else

Never received product. Never received a response to my emails inquiring about my order. Never received a refund. Waste of time and $140. I would never recommend this company.

I have not received it. I can not believe it is taking this long

My order has neither been shipped or received. I sent an e-mail to customer service asking about the status and I'm given a survey.

I asked for a refund after waiting several weeks for my order with no shipping and never got a response.

Robe did not ship in time frame advertised. Received robe too late for my needs. Company ignored my three contact attempts trying to obtain shipping information.

Poor response to multiple shipping status inquiries. There was no one answering the phone, or returning consistent pleas for return calls, or to provide me an email response. It took too long to hear back, and there was no way to verify if my messages were received. The company’s contact system is poor at best. My order was eventually cancelled after the company finally responded.

Horrible service! I placed an order on December 18, 2022, that still has not arrived! Today is February 9, 2023. Near the end of January, I reached out to this this company about the arrival of the items ordered, after all, I received a survey about their service before the items arrived leading me to believe the arrival would be soon, right. oh no! Sadly, that was not the case, and I still haven't received the items, nor the requested refund. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I am a little disappointment on the company's lack of communication on order status. My suggestion, they should add a customer service person. The response on any order status is not great. I have ordered robes that are on backorder and never received a status on it.

I needed to exchange my robes. The numbers and emails did not work or respond. Not good. Too late now. I'd accept a coupon to buy another.

No confirmation of my order was ever received. Their “support” office never responded to my queries. They took my money in mid December 2022 and to this day have never sent me the product.

Our order was cancelled and we never received a refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card as there as been no response from the company.

Waited weeks for notice that robe had shipped. Contacted company…waited days for a response. Told it was back ordered..no time frame given. Was not notified of back order status before I contacted company.
What is Drops Rocks?.. Doesn’t sound like the name of a company that should be selling judicial robes.

A shipping label was created and item never received. When looking into it, they had canceled the shipment. Attempts to reach someone via phone was impossible. After numerous voice-mails and emails, I finally received a cryptic message (seemed to be a language barrier) indicating they have to wait to get more of the robes in. No follow up info or other details and still no one answers the phone. Thus we canceled the order through our credit card

The robe was well priced and looks decent. However the stitching along the sleeves were subpar (I only noticed because I decided to get a larger size for the length and need to hem the sleeves). I ordered another robe on Amazon for cheaper and quality was better along those lines.

They took my money, never delivered my robes and never returned my many voicemails or emails. Never do any business with this company.

I still haven’t received my robe that I ordered almost a month ago. I have tried to communicate with the company twice and received no response.

Such a hassle to get in contact with. Have been contacting them serval times to return and no response nor do they answer the phone.

I placed an order and received it. I was not satisfied with the quality of product. In order to return, an RMA number must be issued by the company to accept the return. I have emailed the company multiple times requesting the RMA number and have no response. There is no available phone number to call the company. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.
