I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them!! Ive paid £100 for a heater that hasnt turned up. I emailed and had no replies! I paid via paypal so am hoping I'll be covered but not holding my breath. This company should be named and shamed somehow!! I will certainly spread the word not to order from them!!

I had a Wowcher Voucher from last year for a smokeless stovetop barbecue which still hasn't been delivered....many months down the line. I've tried corresponding with them but no one at Juggernet has the decency to get back to me. I don't want the barbecue now but would like a refund - which I know I will not get. Extremely bad service - basically they have stolen from me.

This company is an absolute joke. Still waiting for my shoe rack ordered 31st oct. Its apparerently been dispatched 3 times... Absolute BS. Someone called Serena keeps e-mailing me back, absolute waste of time, if they dont have the stock all they have to do is say so and refund me! Do not buy from this company!!!

This is a very bad company...do not buy anything from them. I had a wowcher for an over door shue rack which I never received. I've been in contact through email with a lady called Serena who did nothing but just promising that the item will be delivered and eventually she just decided to ignore my emails. Very bad customer service...

Purchased a product through Wowcher from this company and it went faulty within two month, I have repeatedly called them but they don't answer, left voice messages but they don't call back and emailed them 14 times but they just ignore all correspondence.

DO NOT USE JUGGERNET

Very poor communication form this company. Will not use again

I ordered a Shoe Rack from Juggernet through wowcher on 30th of October. I waited nearly a month and contacted them because I still had not received anything. The girl I spoke to said that they previously emailed me informing me that they had ran out out of stock. I explained that I received no such email. I did not believe her. She sounded bored on the phone and her customer service was not very good. She informed me that my shoe rack had already been sent out and I should receive it no later than Wednesday 3rd of December. Still nothing has come. I have lost interest in this company and want nothing more to do with them. I contacted wowcher and asked for a refund. I will not order from them again as I can't stay at home wasting a whole day waiting for a delivery that never comes. I will never want an item bad enough to order it from this company.

Orderd a shoe rack which said would be deliverd in 10 days. I waited 14 days nothing was deliverd so i contacted wowcher. They cc'd me in an email to juggernet.
Juggernet then replied with a dispatch note saying your order has been dispatched.
I then waited another week and a half and still no delivery so i looked online to try and get a contact number. called them up. a girl who sounded about 14 picked up and was very unprofessional. It sounded like a play around business. the girl said that my order had been dispatched by royal mail and may have got lost or somthing that why i havent got it. So i asked her why did you not send it with a tracking number. I said if not recieved by the end o f the week im calling back.
i called back at the end of the week still got the same response. I told them that i want my order so they should re deliver it.
Eventually after 1 month and a bit i got my order.
Guess what. The quality is rubbish. I got a shoe rack which i now have to send back to get a refund.
The business seems to not have stock. They take peoples money and then order the stock from their suppliers which is most probably in china, hence why we do not get delivery on time.

This company is a headache. Be carfeful with them

I have had the same expereince as others via Wowcher. Ordered a shower in June 2014 - it's now October - no shower! Have emailled Juggernet twice - no response. Can't find phone/address anywhere.

Wowcher sent an email (when I asked them not to - but to give me the phone number). Still no response.
I have now asked Wowcher for phone number of Juggernet AGAIN.

Suspect nothing will happen but I keep trying. Would adivise readers not to buy from Juggernet.

The same thing happened to me. On 5th of August i ordered this grill after i bought a voucher on the Wowcher website. Nothing have been received. I contacted Wowcher and the only answer i've got are those e-mails to Juggernet telling them to get in touch with me as soon as posible about my order. But of course still nothing. I think this company doesn't exist anymore because i try to contact them on the phone and is not working. I am very dissapointed in Wowcher as well, for selling vouchers for a company like that.

I also have ordered a grill via Wowcher. Nothing has been received and I only get the standard automated response to emails sent to Juggernet.

Customer Service? What customer service? I wont buy from them again and have contacted Wowcher for an explanation and refund.

The service in this company is shocking. I purchased a barbecue grill from them at the end of July and I am still waiting on this to be delivered. I have complained twice via e-mail only to have an automated response saying they will look into this - im still waiting for a reply some 10 days later.

I will never purchase from them again, perhaps a complaint to the ombudsman may be my only option.

I ordered via the wowcher web offer, I got my product, but have been waiting to hear from them regarding an enquiry, they haven't updated their telephone number on the web site which apparently is now 0208 445 6296 if you're interested. I have emailed them left messages via their leave a message thingy on their website. So not convinced these are that reputable. Anyone else have any comments?
