No response. I have been thinking if this company is…

I have been thinking if this company is a scam because, I bought Samsung s25 ultra refurbished 12 days ago and I haven't received any notification about when I will receive it. I tried contacting them through their WhatsApp business account but no response upto now. I don't know if the item will be delivered or not.

Order placed on 30th December 2024 still not received and no warning from Juice when order placed that delivery would take so long.
