I can't say anything bad about juice…
I can't say anything bad about juice cabin as I have been buying from them for quite a while now and have always had good service and the flavours I have have always been a very good standard HOWEVER DPD who do the deliveries decided that I wasn't in on the last order, I was in, I never go out when I know a delivery is due, they didn't even attempt to ring the bell or knock at the door, I just received an email from them stating they tried to deliver but I was not in! So they took it to the co op miles from me and I couldn't get there and I'm guessing it was returned to juice cabin. I don't trust the delivery company now so I'm not sure I will order from juice cabin again which is a shame as they are very good, I just don't have money to waste

Hi Christine, I'm sorry for the issues you've had with DPD and I'm not sure who's told you that you weren't in because I've gone and looked into this for you and it would appear that the driver has reported it as your address was "inaccessible" - it's completely out of order and I've made a complaint with DPD. Your order is being returned to us - I will have it resent and I'll arrange a bonus in the box for you. We take any issues like this very seriously.

Over some time, Juice Cabin has provided great liquid that has been really satisfying. I've been using The Colonel for some time - because I was one - but I'm taking a punt on The Captain next. Delivery and communication are quite outstanding!!
