My test drive experience was outstanding. Bart provided great assistance, offering detailed instructions and the option to try out two different bikes. He gave me the choice to ride alongside him or venture out on my own after a quick briefing. The bike was in excellent shape, and it convinced me of the advantages of going electric. The communication was clear and informative, without any pressure. I also appreciated the follow-up information on purchasing a bike through my small business.

We hired 5 e-bikes for the day for a mates’ reunion. Carlton was super helpful and accommodating throughout the booking and hire process. Had a beautiful ride up to Hebden Bridge, Hardcastle Craggs and up onto the moors at Widdop, all via towpath, minor road, or gravel track. Pub lunch involved (Packhorse at Widdop), a perfect day. My husband and I (from Holland) had a wonderful week cycling in and around Halifax. The electric bikes were excellent quality and the service couldn't have been beter. For us it was an introduction to e-bikes. We made use of the drop off service which was excellent as we didn't have use of a car. Carlton was very patient with us and took the time to explain how to use the bikes, charge the batteries and made sure we felt save before setting of. His local knowledge of stunning Calderdale was very useful. Recommend 100%. Thanks again Carlton!

Arranged a corporate day out for my team to cycle from Halifax to Hebden Bridge (via Oxenhope) then back along the canal via Mytholmroyd/Sowerby Bridge. Carlton was brilliant at arranging for the e-bikes to be delivered and collected to our location. Talked us through the gears etc. have to say we had a brilliant day out and the bikes catered for all ages and all abilities. Such a little gem of a find and would highly recommend anyone to get an e-bike booked to take in the local sites.

We had the most brilliant day over October half term cycling along the canal to Todmorden. The electric bikes have a special boost button for the hills and so even occasional cyclists like me can handle the tougher terrain. Great value. Recommended!

Brilliant service. As a rider who only does flat on the push bike, I wanted to hire an e bike for a 2 day ride in the Yorkshire hills. Bart's customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was very welcoming, kind, non judgmental and encouraged my confidence. He took me through the basics before the ride. The bike was really easy to use and we had a great ride. I highly recommend this gem of a service. Thank you Bart.

Myself and husband hired 2 ebikes for the afternoon today and what a fabulous experience it was, even though it poured with rain for the duration and we were completely drenched we had so much fun and literally giggled non stop, it’s a sure fire way to blow the cobwebs off and an opportunity to try something different! Having never rode an electric bike before we were both a tad dubious but Bart explained everything perfectly even providing us with a great route to take on our adventure! The bikes really pack a punch and take you by surprise taking some of the strain out of the bike ride allowing you to enjoy the scenery!
Bart truly is a gentleman, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, genuinely one of the loveliest chaps we have encountered! The area is fabulous, in particular Hebden Bridge is an absolute joy to explore on the bikes!
Over all five star experience do not hesitate to book in with Bart as you definitely will not be disappointed!

Good bikes with the necessary torque to climb the steep hills in the region. It was a pleasure to rent from Bart who was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach by phone.

My son and I had a great day on two of Bart's top quality electric bikes.
On holiday staying near Bradford we thought cycling would be a great way to experience the beautiful villages that the Rochdale canal meanders through and came across Juicedupbikes on Google.
A short phone call to Bart and two bikes were booked. He gave us some tuition and also suggestions on routes.

We rode from Sowerby Bridge along the canal towpath to Todmorden at a leisurely pace stopping on the way back in the beautiful town of Hebden Bridge for a bite to eat and an ice cream.

The electric bikes made any hills we encountered seem like flat roads with a tail wind. The batteries on both bikes weren't even half used and we didn't even break a bead of sweat. Thanks Bart.

Had an amazing adventure today after booking an e-bike for the morning. Booking was easy and simple. Bart was so friendly and welcoming. I managed to ride along the canal to Hebden Bridge and back with relative ease (just doing physio after recent knee operation). The bikes were great and will definitely be back! Well recommended!

Juiced up bikes are fabulous, such an honest, friendly company. Bart makes everything super clear and will give you some ideas of where to visit in the local area. The countryside right from Bart's is gorgeous. We were lucky to have beautiful sunshine for the whole day. Time just zooms by on the ebike; you can speed along or take it nice and steady, once you've tried an ebike you'll be hooked! (You can even buy one direct through Bart). Look forward to our next visit Bart, thank you!

From the point of contact right up until we unfortunately had to hand the bikes back, Bart was simply outstanding as a service provider. Bart went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one-and what’s more, we could tell he was simply just being himself! I turned up without enough outer wear thinking I could brave the elements, Bart called his wife to bring me a jacket to keep me warm as I rode. He seemed so happy to see us as a couple in love celebrating our anniversary. We are a gay couple so this was extra special for us too. Honestly cannot recommend this service enough, I can only wish I have neighbours/friends like that in my lifetime because honestly, they’re just decent caring people who want to make your experience a delightful one-they didn’t disappoint!

First time riding an e bike and Bart explained everything to me and my partner in such detail and offered to ride with us for a time to build up my confidence. The whole experience from booking to returning the bikes was so pleasant and really was a lovely way to spend our anniversary. Bart even called to check in with us and ensure we were enjoying our time. Amazing, highly recommended and would definitely book him again next time I am in the area.

Very impressed with Bart, he is very knowledgeable about the ebikes..
I would recommend contacting him to rent or buy a Volt ebike.
I called in on the off-chance of trying one of his bikes for size, he was really helpful and arranged a different size to be delivered for me to try out.
Very pleased and so happy that I have now purchased a Kensington ebike..hill's here I come.

First time hiring an electric bike yesterday so was a little nervous about what to expect. Not long ago I bought a brand new mountain bike and only went out once, due to living on a hill which was a killer to return home!! Bart gave a very clear explanation of what I needed to do to get the best performance out of the bike. Had a fabulous ride for over an hour…. Took me back to being a child when cycling the hills was easy 🤣🤣 (except I had the benefit of the POWER selection!!). Still felt as though I’d done a workout afterwards too so winner winner!!!! Will definitely be hiring again and enjoying the fresh air and beautiful countryside….and NO I don’t feel like it’s cheating!! I’m not thinking of doing the Tour De France anytime soon and more eco friendly than a motorbike !!

Through Sowerby towards Millbank , past The Alma , towards Beehive pub . Up hill past cricket club , head past Alma through Hubberton , right by Rushcart to Hubberton Then down back on Dean Lane . Glorious views … def blew the cobwebs away today .

Today I hired an e-bike, not been on a bike in a while! WOW what a FANTATIC experience this was, made amazing by the fabulous Bart Spicer who manged to explain to a non-pro everything that was needed to enjoy my ride, he even cycled with me for 10 mins to check I was ok with everything. What a great service, one I will be using again very very soon. I highly recommend this experience. Thanks Bart, Gill

An excellent test drive experience. Bart was so helpful, with full instructions and adjustments available to a choice of 2 bikes. He offered to cycle with me or let me go it alone after a brief intro. The bike was in great condition and sold me on the merits of electric. Great communication - very informative but no pressure. Thank you too for following up my visit with info on how I could buy a bike through my small business.
