I did use their 'Contact Us' form to get this order cancelled not long after I ordered, it was submitted some 18 hours before they dispatched the items. Still not had a reply on the day of delivery which was on RM24.

In my opinion they would rather just have the sale go through than a possible future returning customer.
I suppose this is when you find out how good their customer service really is! It's OK having plenty of positive feedback for orders that didn't have any problems. But it's when it counts that you see their real colours.

I had an issue with some coils on my last order, sent an email requesting a replacement as coils did not work as expected. Had a phone call back within a few hours to confirm the issue and a new set of coils was received within 24 hours! Very impressed with the way the issue was handled. I highly recommend Juice for Days!

Fantastic customer service from JFD. They sent me 3 of the wrong Nic Salts (packaging is almost identical) and without quibble are sending me the right juices. Also a great range of products and got both of the RDA's I wanted, in the colour I wanted with very quick delivery. 10/10.

*There is an 8p difference in price between DHL and Royal Mail 24H services. I had already paid the highest delivery fee and in no way did I want any free upgrade. They shipped on Royal Mail 48H, so had to buy elsewhere anyway to get product before I went away.* petty yet again from a poor customer service team

*edit 2, my elaborate plan to free upgrade my DHL next day (£5) to Royal Mail 24H tracked (£5.08) has been foiled. You have continually spouted nonsense instead of just apologising and being done with it. Glad we’ve managed this in a public forum too.

If anyones reading this, just find another shop. Not worth the hassle with this mob.

Vapes work well but bought kiwi, guava and passion fruit pods were burnt and tasted like burnt plastic and an awful burning smell. All packaging removed and pod inserted correctly. Must be faulty pods.

This shop is very good service excellent.
