Products aren't healthy and are full of sugars. But this is a pyramid scheme. My wife has spent a fortune over the past couple of years before finally realising that it's just a money making scam. She emailed them and told them she didn't want any more orders, yet still recieved her next order. She spoke to them again and they apologised and said she'd have a refund within 3 to 10 days. 2 months later, and several emails, no refund but another email saying next order on the way.
Credit card company notified and told to cancel any attempt for money from juice plus and trading standards notified and sent copies of emails.
Complete cowboys just out to rip people off.

First time I bought direct from juiceplus.com (UK) And they haven’t posted for two weeks and no explanation and I requested then cancel my order and issue refund and received this reply back :

Great product and aided with my kidney disease and management of high blood pressure during pregnancy. If it agrees with you it’s a treat. I can’t take the purple and it makes me go toilet but I do take fruit and veg. Only down side is it is pricey

I bought juice plus capsules and luminate. I was hoping to boost the nutrient quality of my breastmilk as well as beat the brain fog.
After having 1 sachet of luminate I noticed a drop in milk supply, it didn’t say anywhere not suitable for breastfeeding but I did some research and it has sage in which is known to inhibit lactation!! Shocking.
I also felt funny about continuing with the capsules after this so I contacted the company for a return label to send the unopened products back. They messed me around for 2 months asking for proof of who I am because the email address I used when ordering, I no longer had access to and they used GDPR as an excuse (for a return label with no personal info on it). They made me send a pic of my driving licence and then when I finally sorted this, they refused to let me return because it was past the cut off date.
They then told me I am prohibited from selling my products on eBay. A joke. I won’t buy them again and I wouldn’t recommend them because the products are dodgy and the customer service is lacking. I will be selling on eBay if I can’t return.

Customer service is fine, and you can reach them by phone. However, product quality is poor. Nothing healthy about these products. High in sugar and filler/unheathy ingredients. I highly suspect many reviews are from brand ambassadors/sellers of the company.

Products are great. It's a sinking company because there prices are far to high. If they lowered them more people would be able to afford them and they would have a bigger customer base. I love the passion fruit protein but the price is ridiculous.

Juice+ Performance Shake may not be for you if you have a beneficial relationship with mushroom supplements, dark, leafy vegetables and ever had any kind of even absolutely minimal adverse reaction to beetroot and cherry. Do not use this product!
I went through hell and back after taking the Performance Shake, recommended dosage, for 3-4 days. I had three flares after the initial allergic reaction, two of these severe and worsened by bread and exercise, including elevated blood pressure, tinnitus, and swelling of tongue and throat. I have never been allergic to any bread, but it causes adverse reactions with beetroot and cherry. I had to spend 1 hour from 3 am-4 am walking to get the blood pressure under control. I never had a food allergy that I would know about, only some very minor heating from other red herbs (goji berries and chinese dates) that didn't include any elevated BP or swelling. I was told as a child to stay away from beetroot and have no clue why. The people saying that were scientists, still it is many decades later now. I regret to say this, but there is something in this shake that doesn't add up.

Incredible Product, Appalling Customer Service
Firstly, I want to be clear that this review is in no way a reflection of the actual Juice Plus+ product itself. I have been taking the Berry Blend, the Fruit Blend, and the Vegetable Blend for the past two years, and I truly believe they are little miracle capsules. Since incorporating them into my daily routine, my health has improved immeasurably. In that time, I’ve only had one cold, and that was after close contact with someone who was very contagious. Generally speaking, my immune system and overall wellbeing have benefited tenfold since starting this regimen.
The issue, however, lies with customer service-or rather, the lack thereof.
Despite being on a regular four-month subscription (which is otherwise fine), I consistently find myself running out of the product before the next batch arrives. This has happened multiple times, suggesting a problem with the dispatch timing. When I attempted to raise this with customer service, I was met with what I can only describe as indifference.
The so-called customer service seems to be outsourced to a third party who clearly have no allegiance to Juice Plus+ or understanding of its values. They are dismissive, disinterested, and appear to have no motivation to assist or retain loyal customers. In my most recent call, when I explained my concerns and mentioned I wished to cancel my subscription, I was simply told: “Okay, it’s cancelled.” No effort to understand my dissatisfaction, no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue-just a robotic response and that was the end of the conversation.
After two years of being a dedicated customer and experiencing such poor treatment, I’ve now made the decision to try an alternative product. It’s deeply disappointing because I genuinely believe in the efficacy of Juice Plus+ and had hoped to remain a customer for many years to come.
To those at Juice Plus+ who may read this: your product is fantastic, but your customer service is letting you down badly. I strongly urge you to reconsider how you support your UK customer base. Employing a UK-based customer care team, directly connected to your company and invested in your mission, would go a long way. At present, your customer support feels completely detached and unprofessional.
If you want to retain long-term customers, they need to feel heard, valued, and respected. At the very least, a simple expression of empathy would be a good start.

Was asked to contact then by email 6 days again in which have done cause they wanted to reslove the issue quickly and I still haven't heard back from them. First time to ever order and will be the last.Bad customer service I ordered my juice plus on the 4th of April they arrived on the 10th April,when opening my parcel there was someone else involved details inside so wasn't really sure if the parcel was mine. NOT EVER GOOD WITH DATA PROTECTION.I'm emailed them on the 10th April about this and it took them until the 25th Apri to reply only for them to write.
We apologise for this. Kindly note, we havent had any complaints regarding your invoice.This could mean that nobody have received yours. So asked to return the parcel then had to wait another 4 days for someone to get back to me with a return address in which I was then outside my time fame with Kalrna. But returned the parcel as I didn't want the item send it to the address they give me which was to DHL a delivery company. When parcel was try to be delivered no one there and card left. So rang Royal mail and they told me that there was nothing I could do without the card and that the parcel had be with them for 16 days and the I would have to ring the Juiceplus about it did that got someone that didn't understand what I was saying and that it wasn't up to them to go and collect parcel. Now I have to paid the money for a item I don't even have customer service is bad. You would like to think a big company like this would have a business place instead of getting them delivered to a delivery company.

EXCELLENT PRODUCTS
I started taking these products 6 months ago. The fruit, vegetable, berries and omega capsules, my energy, my sleep quality, no aches or pains in body, my husband has been taking them also and he feels the same he was diagnosed with Spongy pores in his toes, pain was insane, now nothing. I then tried the Complete and Control for weight loss. Look at my photos on my FB page. A game changer for us. This is not a good product to take if you have any stomach conditions, gives you explosive wind and diarrhoea, told that it shouldn't happen but I only took 3 sachets as felt so ill, I wouldn't recommend this, costs too much and they won't refund you if not satisfied as they should do as i cannot take this, waste of money 😔

I genuinely liked the Juice Plus vitamins — the product itself is great and I was happy to try it once. However, my overall experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I signed up for a one-time order, paid it off in four installments, and made it very clear that I did not want to continue with a subscription. Despite this, I’ve now been hit with multiple payment demands — including one for an order I never placed or received. Most recently, I received a letter from a collection agency asking for €175, completely out of the blue.
The worst part is that I’ve spent over a year trying to cancel my account and get in touch with customer service — I’ve sent countless emails with hardly any response. The one time I did get a reply, I was told the issue was resolved. But clearly, it wasn’t.
It’s such a shame, because the product itself is good — but the lack of transparency, poor communication, and ongoing billing issues have made this a stressful experience I would never want to repeat.

It’s a pyramid scheme. Note how sellers spend as much time trying to recruit other women to sell the products as they do actually selling it themselves. Sellers are very forceful as they are desperate due to being hundreds of pounds out of pocket. One of the ‘marketing directors’ openly jokes about ripping people off and taking money from gullible girls who think they’ll make money. If Juice Plus was a good product, it wouldn’t be being sold on Facebook.

Hi. I am a representative of Juiceplus. I started taking the products since November 2023. I had been on antidepressant tablets since 2013. Things got worse around Covid time. My doctor upped my dosage. I was like a zombie. My daughter was taking the products so introduced them to me. I followed the guide line of the recommended dosage. These products changed my life. I came off the antidepressant tablets with the help of my doctor within 3 months of taking the capsules. This is why I joined the business. Both my granddaughters are on the Fruit and Veg capsules. One for her skin, which is so much better and the other for her digestion. The benefits go well beyond the price you put on your health. I have never had any problem with customer service. It may take time to get through on the phone but you can leave you number and they phone you back. There is also email. I will never be without Juiceplus. x

Awful product, does absolutely nothing. It’s all a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I have used this product and even after the 1st day I knew it wasn’t going to be what they claim it to be. It’s all about money making for them. I persevered and still no results as stated all over TikTok. I have requested a refund on the bases of false advertising. I have issued a refund request and it is being ignored. I will take this further, and I will use my platform to ensure others are aware of my situation.

I was using the Juice Plus products but stopped last August (2024) and they are still trying to take payments and now threatening me with legal action for something i cancelled, I thought it was all finished as I hadn’t heard anything from them until a couple of months ago when they keep trying to take money out my bank!!! The customer services are very unhelpful and just keep saying I need to pay it!! Terrible company
