Easy to order and excellent service

Easy to order . Had what I was looking for at a competitive price. My old Bamix swissline had just about died. I didn't need everything again , so bought the prime which is a higher spec motor anyway. Powerful and really pleased with it Didn't have to wait very long for it to arrive which was good. No complaints as I experienced excellent service thank you .

Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a flour mill and never received an order number or tracking details. Despite contacting the company, they simply resent the item without addressing the issue, and used the wrong email address —meaning I couldn’t receive the delivery PIN. When I called for help, the customer service was shockingly rude. The agent shouted over the phone, showed no interest in resolving the issue, and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this company.

Update: I feel your response shows the lack of professionalism in your customer service my initial review outlines. Thank you.

Update: I can confirm that I have received the parcel after contacting DPD which were very helpful. I would like to add that I never tried to claim non-receipt. However, by the responses, I hope people can see the level of customer service within your company. Thank you for your response.

Thank you for your review and for providing further information as the name on your order is completely different to the name on your review. I have investigated into your issue and can see that you sent an email yesterday claiming that you had received no email confirmation from ourselves when you placed your order even though you had email correspondence with our support team on the same email address that you put on your order. You also claimed to have contacted DPD and they advised that the email address they had was incorrect. I can see that my Manager responded to your email with screenshots provided by DPD to confirm that they had indeed the correct email address on file and this is further supported by the fact that the parcel was delivered to you yesterday at 12:35pm with the pin provided which you only received via email. This PIN code could only have been received via email as you had provided the incorrect mobile number. Hence, you had indeed received the PIN code via email and tried to falsely claim non-receipt so that you could try receive the parcel without providing the PIN code and then claim that you had not received the parcel. We have implemented this secure DPD courier service with the PIN code for all high value items above £200 so as to avoid false claims of non-receipt because, the unique PIN code is only sent to the recipient's email address and mobile number so no one else will have access to the PIN code and it has to be provided to the driver for the parcel to be delivered.

Update: I have simply stated the facts which is that you had received the email from DPD with the PIN code. Hence, you have left a false review because, indeed if DPD did not have your correct email address, then you would not have received the PIN code and your parcel would not have been delivered yesterday at 12:35pm.

Exceptional!!

Exceptional!!! The price was the most competitive on the market. They shipped and delivered so fast. I’m sure the delivery team pulled an all-nighter to get it to me. Then it arrived and I’m blown away…ice, fruit, nuts…not a problem!! Use Juicers!!!

Vitamix blender

After I rang them to ask for the tracking number, as I had not received it, they assured me it would be delivered from 1:33 to 2:33, only for it not to be delivered. When I rang around 4, they said that they didn’t have it in stock.

Absolutely not reliable. If you need things urgently, they are not it; look elsewhere

It’s was during my call with your colleague that i was told the delivery slot, she went to great deal to lie, when i asked her as to why i never received a tracking number her reply was that i gave the wrong number .
In future it’s a good idea to let clients know that you don’t hold stock at all and everything gets sent by the manufacturer, you collect the money and then place the order with the manufacturer

I have investigated further into your issue and can see in the notes on your order that one of my colleague's tried calling you to inform you of the short delay in receiving your order because, it is our company policy that we will notify all customers who have ordered with our free next working day delivery if we are unable to deliver the item the next working day. Hence, we would not have provided you with delivery time frame of 1:33-2:33pm because, there was no tracking number assigned to your order. I can only assume that you received this one hour delivery window for a parcel that you have ordered from elsewhere. Since your call, I can see that your order has been cancelled and the full refund issued. Once again, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused to you and that my colleague was unable to get through to you to inform you of the short delay in dispatch of your order.

Thank you for updating your review. There would be no reason for my colleague in the Sales team to provide you with a false time frame or to lie if your order had not been dispatched. You were advised on the call, that your order had not been dispatched and that we did try contact you to inform you of the delay. The item that you purchased, we do indeed keep regular stock. Unfortunately, the suppliers ran out of stock and were unable to fulfil our order in time which resulted in a delay in dispatch of your order.

Ill state first that the one star complaints seem to based on not reading instructions, following guidelines or performing requirements for service and just moaning....because thats what people like to do.

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company, I ordered a blender, it was promptly dispatched and arrived by DPD.

An accessory was missing from the box, this however is nothing to do with the supplier and is the fault of the manufacturers packing mistake.

I promptly contacted juicers.co.uk and had a very quick and polite response, i followed their instructions and the manufacturer has been contacted who will no doubt send the missing accessory.

nothing but exemplary service and I will certainly be purchasing other products here.

Quick update, very prompt response and my replacement part is on the way, no fuss, no bother.

Disappointing Customer Support and Warranty Experience

I’m updating my review following the company’s recent reply to my case. Unfortunately, my disappointment has only grown.

In their response, they again stressed “juice ingression” as the likely cause of the issue — even though they never inspected the unit. This has been their position from the beginning: repeating that juice ingression isn’t covered under warranty, rather than genuinely offering help. While they technically offered to inspect the unit, their messages were full of warnings that any finding of juice ingression would automatically void warranty support. This constant emphasis discouraged me from believing they'd handle it fairly.

I had already taken initiative to replace the bearings myself, but the loud noise remained — clearly coming from the motor. I briefly opened the machine to look inside, not to repair it, but just to understand what was going on after exhausting other options. There were no signs of juice leakage. Yet, they used this against me to void the warranty completely.

They also incorrectly stated the machine was “almost 5 years old” — it was just over 4. And despite using the juicer exactly as instructed in the manual, they blamed me for overfeeding without any real proof.

This experience has left me feeling misled, unsupported, and blamed for a fault I strongly believe was not due to misuse. I no longer trust this company’s customer service or warranty process and would not recommend them based on how they handled this situation.

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I have checked your order details and can see that you purchased your juicer in May 2020. Unfortunately, overtime with regular use, it is very easy to overfeed the juicer without realising because, the rate at which the juicer is fed will not be the same rate at which the juicer can process the produce and considering the lifespan of your juicer being close to 5 years old, there is a strong possibility that the change in the sound of the juicer which is the issue you are facing with the juicer has occurred due to juice ingression into the motor. We always like to be honest with customers upfront so that they are aware that if following inspection at the Service Department, it was confirmed that the cause of the issue was due to juice ingression, then this would not be covered under warranty. However, the Support team did offer for you to send the juicer to the Service Department for inspection and testing to confirm the fault and the findings would have been reported back to you. Ofcourse, if the issue with the motor was not due to juice ingression, then the Service Department would advise accordingly and advise the next steps forward to resolve the issue under warranty.

In regards to opening the motor, unfortunately, this can make the warranty void because, the machine should only really be opened by a authorised and specialist technician. Hence, whilst I appreciate that you have advised that you used the juicer according to the manufacturers guidance, with our experience of selling juicers, such an issue almost 5 years post purchase is normally due to juice ingression which is why we like to inform our customers upfront.
