Quick delivery

The item was exactly as shown in the photographs and an amazing £60 cheaper than we expected through looking at other companies. Delivery was a matter of days.

Incompetent through and through

Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There is a similar named company to this who are a pleasure to do business with and have staff who are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

My order from here was thrown on the floor by the courier they used and the item is now damaged. I have sent video proof of this to juicers and 2 different people (Julie and Sara, a supposed managed) have told me that it was placed on the floor and are acting like I'm being unreasonable. As the item is damaged, I've asked to return and Sara has flat our said "Unfortunately, we will not be able to arrange collection of the parcel based on this.Hence, if you wish to return the parcel, then you will need to do so at your cost and we will not be able to reimburse you for the charges incurred." despite this being against the law.

I'm not going to let them speak to me like that and try and gaslight me. I've challenged this again but will likely need to go down the route of a charge back with my credit card.

"Excellent Customer Service" seems only to apply when there are no issues.

Just to respond to the below: I have sent two emails saying the product is damaged which they have overlooked. Not once have they asked (even after this) what the damage is or for proof. My issue with the parcel being thrown on the floor which after spending £550 on a juicer isn't unreasonable and them refusing to cover return postage for the damaged item, which is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their last email to me is threatening legal action. What a bunch of cowboys. My review is 100% accurate.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you are dissatisfied. I have read through the full email correspondence with Julia and my colleague, Sara. Firstly, I think it needs to be made clear that in no email response have you advised that the item you have received is damaged. All your email responses are demanding for the box to be collected as the driver did not place the box down slowly. You have not even advised in your responses that you have opened the box and the item is damaged or provided any proof of damage. You have only provided a video from your Ring camera of the DPD delivery driver delivering the parcel to you. Julia and Sara both tried to explain to you that we sell expensive items and hence, we try cover for such eventualities by triple boxing our products so that they do not get damaged if mishandled. That is the reason why Sara advised that if you wish to return the item based on how the courier has handled the outer box (which may I point out, you have no idea how any product that you purchase is handled by couriers prior to delivery) without even opening the package, we would not be able to do so free of charge. Hence, I am sorry that you are unhappy, however, this review is not truthful as you have not confirmed in your email correspondence with our support team that the item you have received is damaged.

Great service

Great service, fast delivery and excellent Kitchenaid Kettle. My last Kitchen aid kettle lasted 10 years - would highly recommend both product and supplier.

Omega MM1500HD Medical Medium Juicer

I bought this juicer especially for celery and it performs well above my expectations. The juice yield versus my slow masticating juicer is about 80% higher… the juicer almost pays for itself within a year when considering celery saved!

It’s easy to clean apart from the internal sieve which takes a bit more attention

Came with complimentary knife and vacuum jug - defo recommend!

The company seems good

The company seems good. I bought a kitchen aid mixer that I wasn’t happy with and they had no issue with me returning it. All in all I’d be happy ordering from them again.

I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied. I have investigated into your email correspondence with our support team and can confirm that you sent an email on Monday advising that the knife was not delivered as a gift and that you were not too bothered about the knife but wanted the warehouse to be informed. My colleague from the support team responded to your email providing a copy of your receipt as proof advising that unfortunately, on the day when you placed the order, the offer with the knife was not available. This is because, we had run out of stock of the knives and so had to remove the knife from the offer. Hence, the knife was not included as a free gift on your receipt as the chopping board, vacuum storage jug and juices and smoothie recipe book were clearly indicated on the receipt as free gifts. I am a little surprised in regards to your review as you clearly indicated in your email that you were not bothered about the knife and also, a copy of your receipt is proof that the knife was not available as part of the offer with the other free gifts. Nevertheless, I can see that you are unhappy that you did not receive the knife and gave us 3 stars so I have arranged to send you a free knife as we have just received the knives back in stock.
