This company stole £29.90 from my bank account. I had never heard of them and have no interest in buying juice by subscription so was shocked when I seen the transaction on my bank account statement. I complained to their “support” who gaslit me by saying I had completed multiple steps and had biometrically consented to the transaction. I have reported them to my bank and also via this review to Trustpilot. Complete scam and absolute thieves!

Total scammers. My bank declined a payment of £29.90 to these jokers and notified me , otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed it for a few days. I was racking my brains thinking that maybe I had accidentally clicked on a link, but I have never even heard of them. The bank put a stop on any further payments and issued a new card, but what a performance not to mention the inconvenience. Avoid!

This company took £29.90 from my bank

This company took £29.90 from my bank. I dint ask for this and called them. They said if I sent an email they would refund the money. I did this and they have not done anything. I have raised a dispute with my bank.
Total scammers.

Same thing just happened to me

Same thing just happened to me. I noticed a payment to them on my credit card which was the first time I’d even heard of them. I hadn’t signed up for anything or authorised any payment. Not sure how they got my card details but this is an absolute scam.

Juice Squeeze subscriptions

Had the same experience as Swen.
They billed me £29.90. I did not sign up to anything and did not receive any plan emails.
Must say their customer service team have replied promptly to my compliant and cancelled my subscription that I never asked for.

Next task is to get my money back..
Maybe the company is genuine, but their online systems are just not working.

I have no interest at all in their juice receipts or juice smoothies
Maybe some people do
Regards
Peter
