Wanted some batteries, they had the batteries I wanted at a reasonable price. Postage was free, wasn't super fast, but wasn't slow. Had an issue with my order and customer service were fast and helpful.

Won't recommend this service! I have ordered e liquid and device..It meant to be next day delivery..Item didn't arrived and there were no updates, so I have reached customer service, and they have told me they had no items in stock?? hold on what?? Item is on the website for customers to order, and once the order is placed, you telling your customer something is not in stock? .The guy from C/S advised that my parcel would arrive the next day..it arrived and guess what?? The main item is missing! Again, there is no communication to say if I am happy with an incomplete order or if this item will be dispatched, etc!!! What the point to send an incomplete order and not updating your customers?? will never use this website at all!

Wouldn’t use the Daventry branch still waiting 3 weeks later for a refund due to apparent till issues and could give a cash refund due to paying by card the first time I went in, second time couldn’t give cash refund due to have no money in the till. Avoid at all cost as not protected on your purchase. One of the staff is ok but one lad doesn’t know what customer service is.

I really can’t think how these guys could be any better. I only order from Juicy Vapes now. They are ultra-fast, very efficient, and if you’re lucky they throw in a few freebies (always appreciated, so I can try out a new flavour.

Ordering to dispatch is the quickest I’ve ever known. Whenever I order, I get the email to say it’s on its way in between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Only once has it ever taken as long as 2 hours. The orders arrive next day, well packaged.

The choice of vape juice on their site is huge, as well as carrying a stock of hardware and spares. I won’t go anywhere else now. The prices are competitive, and often they have some discounted lines. Another great opportunity to try a new flavour.
