Every deposit is charged s foreign currency fee. On 3/30/2026 I hit a jackpot. After jumping hoops they stated my winnings were on their way. It's been a week. No deposit. The site stated is USA based. It is not. Three emails later they still say my money is on it's way. Wire transfer doesn't take a week. 4.7.26 still no deposit. I have emailed and text. The first time I tried to make it deposit there was an error and the money was never added to my account it literally took two weeks to get a refund on it and then took almost another week to receive it. So I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried today to make I deposit and the exact same thing happened when I contacted customer support they were less than helpful or concerned. Juicy Vegas is a scam casino, a few weeks back, never opted in for any bonus, went to withdraw like other players, denied my withdraw and told me to deposit $25 and they would release my withdraw. Screw you scammers. Closed my account from this BS crooked scam casino and I wasn't falling for their BS scam with $100 still in my account. I have better choice words, but can't online. Stay away from these scammers.

I have played here and won here. They finally got they payouts down to a very reasonable time frame. However where they have lost me is the comp points. By the beginning of this year I had over 11,000 comp points which equates to over 100 in play. I was told I was not eligible and to deposit more money and then I would be eligible to redeem the points. I continued to play and to my surprise the points disappeared. After building them up again this time to 4700 points I was again told I was not eligible and to dossier and okay more and I would then again be eligible down the road. Apparently if you win at the casino and they have to pay out to you, your comp points are no good. Sorry, that's not how it should work. Additionally, it used to be free money. This is an online casino. My suggestion is not to send cryptocurrencies. I made a deposit for a bonus promotion using BTC. The "playthrough" requirement was TBD upon deposit. The other bonus' I played had a 10X playthrough, but this one was 40X! I asked for the bonus to be cancelled and was told they could not. I aske to close my account ad return my BTC. The account was closed and I was told that cryptocurrency deposits are non refundable. Be careful on all online casino sites, but this is the only one where I was not able to cancel a bonus. Gamble responsibly.
