I ordered these boots as a birthday gift. Her birthday was 19 December. I ordered size 6 but didn't realize this was not UK size. On requesting an exchange l got a very unhelpful reply - just a blank no.!

Had to pay a supp
Had to pay a supp. of 29.95 after delivery. Even i payed already 15.00 for delivery! Even there are no border fees as the item I ordered was under 150.00
So no taxes for border fees. What I can’t understand is that I can order items in EU under 150.00, I pay the delivery costs and I get the item every time without problems. I didn’t know that I pay 15.00 in Italy, until to the border and then I should pay the rest of delivery in Switzerland! That’s the first time!

We’d like to clarify the timeline of your order, as delivery times can sometimes feel longer than they actually are. Your order was placed on the 27th and shipped the following business day. It was delivered on the 1st. Please note that the 29th and 30th fell over the weekend, during which couriers do not operate at full capacity.
Taking this into account, the delivery was completed in under four business days, which is in line with our standard shipping times.

Good- The price point and brand mix are pretty good and attractive. For me online shopping is all about website friendly, styles/brands you offer, most important is price comparing.
Improvement- the return policy is not as competitive than the others like Mr. Potter or Farfetch.

The costs of sending back a parcel are too high! I sent back one item, had to pay 20 EUR ( Germany to Italy). This is far to much! Julian should take some of the fees at least.
